I have a question regarding this picture: Is it just a personal reskin or is the Huey going to be included?

The Bundeswehr had only a few experimental UH-1D equipped with a MG3 door gun in the 80's. Most Hueys were not armed, but perhaps that would have been changed in the case of war.

I think it IS meant to be a Black skin and not Olive green.

If that's the case, the specular and color are spot on I think...

If it was meant to be Olive Green, then yeah.... someone really needs to adjust the gamma of its screen, lol.

Oookay...still waaay too shiny, the only apache that would shine like that is A, a heavily one worn one such as this.

And notice how even then its only at an extreme angle, here is another example of an AH-64D with the sun shining directly on a flat surface on a sunny day.

Right now it looks like plastic...aaand one last nitpick.

You're still using the nav lights on the engine as well as teh footholes that only the D EFABS have, I'm starting to wonder if you guys just skip my posts..

please note, no footholes in either side of the EABS AND no blinkers on the engines.

Now onto the Deltra, notice the EFABS footholes and the strobe and blinker lights on the engines.

Also I apologize if my post sounds angry, I'm just a bit frustrated in seeing the same BIS model used for six/seven years and that when I make a post to help with its accuracy its blown off, or atleast that is what it feels like.

we are looking at all suggestions and we are developing if we have possibility (time, texture base and etc)

i don't remember if you or other person told about too short tail, well i have put model on blueprint and it was matching good

fotos that you bring are super as source that we missed before, but also it is ported OFP model with improvements ;]

otherwise we would have to do only few vehicles instead of bringing whole armies to conflict

of course i will improve model as i can now seeing those pictures, but we have "mirrored" model like in OFP, it is not new model made by me from scratch, but imported (Tarik will tell details)

Thats fine with me, its not that its the same OFP model that bothers me so much its the fact that over the course of years its been the same model with no tweaks to make it more accurate.

If you do that then I would gladly stay as a source of information on that subject IF you want to accept the offer that is.

no, i never planned FNC, cause mainly conflict takes place in Central Europe and in third world Sahrani (guerillas or for mission purpose RACS85 soldiers from weaponholders equipped like western forces with FALs and uniforms like western European cut of pockets)

in central Europe mostly Soviets, Germans (both), Poles and transported there Americans and Brits would be involved in such conflict

i never planned other countries like Belgians, Dutch or other western Europe NATO members

changed and realistic M230 for AH-64

It's good but remember that earlier AH-64A models around this time didn't have brush guards on the M230's, at the time a problem wasn't seen however later they became standard.

One thing, please get rid of the preflight check it has a tendency to break missions. when the pilot tries to start the engines it doesn't have fuel and the then they just exit the chopper. That is if your using the same ones that mapfact released.

Why is the Apache black? I spent 7 years in U.S. Army aviation and seen hundreds of Apaches but never a black one. For some reason it's a common mistake in the ArmA community that people make. So for the record, ALL standard U.S. Army helicopters are green, not black. There have been a few exceptions to this rule for special situtations.

look closely at the pics, I don't think they are black. You can see green on them in spots where the lights hitting.

As stated above, the current Apaches aren't black oriented but are 'Green-ish'.
