Looks really good, and with the advantage that it should be easier for the AI to fight between trees than in large citys and lots of houses.

I agree about the Queen's Gambit comment...has some really nice objects in that would fit this map.

Hi, to judge better what the island looks like rightnow will be good

to check out a few more pictures and with bigger size so we could

check the shape of the progresses made until now in things like

campments, small villages, some interesting woods or locations or

that kind of things; we're all waiting for a good savage jungle look

alike island and we'll keep waiting. Let's C ya

Do you always gripe when somebody takes his free time to please whole community? It's sure - Uhao won't even close to Crysis (because ArmA is older than Crysis), but this is not a reason to wheep at early stage of work

OFman didn't write sth like that. Just look at first post - I would like to adopt Crysis-like object arrangement (as good as ArmA engine will allow).

i havent said that he wrote what you just want to imply...

i rather meant the other folks and not the author

ofman is a nice chap and makes great island without doubt.

but you just can compare arma to crysis..

Aye, cause Uhao island will have the whole island detailed and modelled, instead of small chunks of it like in Crysis. And there won't be convenient 30 foot cliffs everywhere keeping you confined to the detailed part. I'll prefer wandering around this one.

those mountains are SO waiting for rebels and camps!!! (and air´strikes to them, lol)      really wonderful man!      

If it's a model of Oahu then Imperial Japanese Navy carrier

based strike planes are nearer the mark "Tora! Tora! Tora!"  

But a jungly-tropically sort of island will be good for mounting

I am myself also waiting the Uhao island release because it looks very promising.
