Hi, unless that someone borrow me an Eotech sight model & textures...

no Eotech sighted M4's from me; i made this ones for complete the

BIS M4's/M16A4's that don't was ACOG sighted and supressed (in

the M4A1's case...) and M68 Aimpoint Comp ML2 (in the M16A4's

case). But i agree; i miss alot some M4 or M16A4 Eotech sighted.

Good stuff mate, glad you sorted out all the issues you had. Lowering leaf sights on M203 versions is a wise decision, they take away more than they give in BIS variants.

Great weapons. Definitely has become a keeper in my mods folder. 1 question. On the ACOG's there is a different colored line that goes across the left side in the black when scoped in... is that a bug? Also, I am fairly new with configs and stuff and wanted to swap out the reticule you had on the acogs with one that I use already that I like, which parts of the config would I have to change to get a new reticule on the acog... if you don't mind me editing it... only for my personal use though. Thx

Hi, the line to change/swap the sight model in the ACOG sighted is:

And im not aware of that different coloured line in the ACOG sights,

i used the MLOD gave to us by Synide, just as it's after follow the

instructions gave to me by Sander (to remove the muzzle flash).

Don't worry about editing anything or taking anything from this

weapons; they're for the players, so... if you play... they're 100%

yours too.

For edit the ACOG sight you'll had to edit the model too with the

O2 PE for change the textures paths, there isn't other way of do

it; if i knew how to model... i'll had made my own ACOG sight using

the E&S ACOG sight texture form the OFP USMC Addon 1.0, but

i don't know how to do it, im just a player. Let's C ya

Found it and got my preferred reticule working with the acog scoped rifles. Thx for this mod, loving it!

And that's exactly what we needed for a one-year-time of Arma's being. Small size, good model - these facts cannot make me more glad than I am now. However, I hope you'll revise your pack, adding irongsight versions and eotech scope.

This doesn't work with Xam 1.3:05 mod, since the Aimpoint view is reddish and you can't see through...

Hi, i don't know if this weapons work or not with the XAM 1.whatever,

that's a mod that i don't use; i can tell you that they work with

the ArmA Effects v0.52, the Queens Gambit, the ArmA... and that

they're best viewd with the Johnn's USMC v1.3, sorry about the leak

of iron sighted versions, but i don't think that we need those... if

i had to choose between a weapon with an iron sight, an Aimpoint

sighted one or an ACOG sighted... i'll never choose the iron sighted,

if this were 7.62x51mm weapons... then that that will change depending

on the terrain; so... say no to iron sighted weapons (unless those

M1A SOCOM that i'm still waiting for).

For make this weapons "compatible" with that MilkDuster's darker

AR's the weapons should be edited, the new textures added into

the addon and all the LODs of each weapon... repathed; a painfull

job that i don't do gonna yet, the 1St colour change that i want

to do is the Coyote Tan version, but with time, with much much...

time... and as i've said im just a player, so i can't model a Eotech

myself, but i'll like to have one. The most important thing that

this pack don't have is the bis sign, i don't know how to sign the

addons, and that's a problem. Let's C ya

Hi, i've try to binarize the weapons to sign 'em with my own tag so

they could be used safely in dedicated servers or where ever; but

seems that the BinPBO PE don't allows me to create the sign; i don't

know why, but the box isn't available; this is what i see.

You first need to create a private key with DSCreateKey, then use Options in BinPBO to provide the path to signature file.

After that you can create your signature wink_o.gif

Hi, the thing that happens to me when i click over the: "DSCreateKey"

is that it opens by like 0.8sec a small DOS window that auto closes

after this, i don't get any text or option message or anything; i don't

know what to do with that or where to add this: "DSCreateKey myName"

so i can't sign the addon for this reasons. If someone could give me

a shorter but much clear tutorial on how to sign the addon... i'll be

very thankfull. Let's C ya

P.S: For do it in real time... head over the #OFPEC mIRC channel

where i use to iddle and/or moan so it'll short out the time

thing.
