I've been thinking how easy it should be to create a tool to read a OFP WRP and export an objects list (suitable for V3 script), but none the less beyond my abilities. Maybe you could join Cold War Rearmed - as far as I know, there's very nice and polished Everon in development, but Kolgujev still waits for its designer.
