If you ever need good picks of Russian optics, let me know, I sell Russian scopes on the internet, so I have a good collection. I also have some of Russian night vision optics and most of the Amercan night vision equipment too. Let me know if I can help. Do you plan on making SV-98 rifle? What scope are you putting on it? nephilim 0 Posted May 5, 2007 thx much @cameron well there would be too much different variants to derrive from the ak74 maybe there will be an akm(or aks?.. agh stupid types) as ive also modeled a pbs1 silencer and accidentally thought it would fit on a the ak74 which it doesnt (thx to fw200 grr tuctape!! grr :P ) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

BUT.. they are mainly made of photo textures whilest i make them from scratch :/ but never the less hes done a pretty stunning job yes well hes lead artist at THQ... about the tint look at the date of the model 1974´AK74 im making an AK74M. its the latest they no longer use plum plastic parts but plain black ones.. so i guess i should not consider that Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

vilas 474 Posted May 11, 2007 really really impressive, i would like to have such modeler to cooperate with me this weapons look like in real life - although not from photos when it will be available i would like to replace mine with this or help in configs to make them also available for my units when someone can do normalmapping - star those weapons are now in Max ? how it will be i oxygen, how much polycounts ? i have never seen better models bardzo piekne p.s. and i don't see anything wrong in photo textures, because photo textures give as best realism i don' tlike when in game all look like from comics don't blame anyone for photos , because they give realism !
