REMOVE TRACERS ADD-ON

Can anyone create an Add-On that removes the "vanilla" default tracers in Arma? I can remove tracers by altering the original files (config file in weapons.pbo), but I prefer not to do so. An Add-on obviously won't edit the original files and they (tracers) can be turned off and on by disabling the add-on mod.

Can anyone make this "Remove Tracers" Add-on?

I'd like to see some U.S. Army Military Police units. It'd be fun to do raids on suspected insurgent hideouts.

Basically they'd look like the ACU units, but with a MP tag on the left arm. (where the flag is on the right arm). They'd have M-16's, M249's, shotguns and all would have M9 pistols.

Then they'd need this; http://www.fas.org/man/dod-101/sys/land/asv.htm , the M117 Armored Security Vehicle.

I am really missing a cessna. Any small civilian plane with ~4 seats.

A small civilian plane is great because they are unarmed and slow. Its very exciting to try to escape in a stolen cessna or try to land them in the dark on a small field in enemy territory.

I miss the cessna too, maybe a tail dragger version, anything thats a bush plane.

But what I really hope for is more wild life, to make the nature of the game come more alive.

I was disappointed that they didn't include a two seat Camel. It's fun to drop off a passenger for secret squirrel missions.

I would be extremely happy with the following effects made with new ArmA functionality:

- Snow, various settings (light, medium, heavy, storm)

- Dust/Sand, various settings (light, heavy, storm)

If anyone can deliver me the effects I will see if I can make something nice based on the ideas behind the NIM_Mod weather mod, fully MP Compatible.

I'm not sure if this has already been suggested (I normally read threads before I post in them, but I just don't have time to study 27 pages right now =D) but I'd really like to suggest a Japanese Self Defense Force mod be created. I can't be the only one with an interest in the JSDF, and because of Japan's strict laws regarding the military they have a large number of unique weapons, vehicles and aircraft. It would be amazing to set up something like North Korea vs. South Korea + Japan, and perhaps the US =D.

Which reminds me, we should definitely have a North Korea addon, but I believe they use mainly old Soviet equipment, so perhaps reskins would suffice for that.

You know, one thing that is missing big time are the women in Arma! Where in the hell all the chicks in Sahrani! I want chicks! Sahrani seems to be just a one big sausage fest island! Where are all the women hidding? We need civilian wifes, doctors, strippers (oh ye, we need those big time! ), maids, cooks, teachers, mother, bartenders, waiteresses, undercover assasins, supply officers, Sahrani interior ministers and interio decorators, etc. Did I get them all?

Modding the Stryker of BIS isnt possible. I think not even when the tools are out because the BIS models are encrypted.

indeed, but hopefully, as with ofp, they will supply the community with some example models, and if we're in luck one of them will be the stryker, and thus such an addon would be rather simple to create.
