actually ai would still get killed its just that they have a route they follow when they leave the gate.

must of been hard to fix because units turn around sometimes

especialy if they go through the gate before you

its good there making posative proggress  biggrin_o.gif

mine still has the kill script but you only die if ye stand in front as it opens

all my ai go though ahead or behind me & survive

just like in 1.0, only i have the dialing and deadly kawosh from 1.2 as a bonus biggrin_o.gif

its only 2 words to change in the kill script

Goto "kill" and Goto "killspecial"

change to "exit" and all units survive, besides when it opens the kawosh still frys you "as it should"

That's why we have setdir. wink_o.gif

Honestly, getting the AI clear of the gate is as simple as setting them in the right direction and playing a few "CombatF" anims on them, and if for some reason they manage to walk back through after this then hey, you've got the most retardedly smart AI there is...

and of corse noobs like me lol

took me ages putting a chair on the upper floor and sitting a guy in it, we get thier in the end wink_o.gif

I disabled the kill script like TheWraith...I hate to admit it, but its way better this way (being disabled)

also if to be honnest, you've never once saw anyone in stargate step into the stargate, the wrong way "and die"

yet you probably have seen the gate opening can kill people,

so essentialy dude the actual gate is now 100% authentic rofl.gif

and 1.2 will make the dhd & comp authentic to yay.gif

True, I cant recall a person dying, but they've sent a MALP to a planet who's gate is on its side, and after the MALP went through, it fell back in, and ceased to exist

Someone made a new video about various stargate stuff on ofp.info. Im not sure how to directly link it, but the guy who made it is "Damien aka .LGE. ASSA-SIN" Check it out if you can find it, it was on the front page when I saw it

Stargate Worlds v1.0 (with ALL the addons)

its a ZIP, Size =  98mb roughly

roughy 17 servers so mirror links not a problem

i installed wrp editor (but never added any addons)

this way it told me Everything that island needed,

it actualy uses Less addons than the guy said it did

but it was missing 1 addon name in his readme

its unmodified (just packed with the addons)

you'll need to add a gate & f302 to the addons folder

i never added them, did'nt see the point due to future updates

but read the readme.txt for detaild info.

to experiance the full island he made, you MUST load his mission

(its not all mapped in wrp edit) some of its mapped in the editor

so you dont get the full effect unless you run the mission

very cool map

any other bugs, he has a seperate topic for that stargate mod

The episode 'a hundered days', the gate gets buried horizontally, the malps pops out the other end fully then slides back down into a incoming wormhole and gets destroyed.
