Only did a quick test, noticed it has missing ejecting seat but overall top quality, loved the animated engines, great job, thank you . Bobcatt666 0 Posted August 29, 2004 looking good im gonna download but you gotta add {Dead hotlink} and this {Killed hotlink} Cause it aint a A10 if it dosen't have a mouth STGN current Chair Force regs do not allow artwork on aircraft, thanks to politicaly incorrectness can't have nose art on any airforce aircraft other than ones that are grandfathered, having art on the before the regulation. Once the aircraft is repainted they have to cover over the noseart. They get around this rule by putting the artwork on the back side of the access panels on the aircraft. Or taking really good care of the pain job on their aircraft. which is amasing seeing most of them were painted on over 25 years ago. The Shark teeth and hogs tusks went out in the late 80s. Ok ya, the sound of the tires when we touch down is a great detail, i love this plane, hope improvement work continues . the airframe is built arond the cannon, and pointed directly forwards having watched them bore sight the aircraft on the local airbase. In reallife the Guns recoil can stall the aircraft if held too long. Also the cannon smoke can choke the engines aswell. Standard attack on ground targets is first launch maverecks at a distance, climb and strafe targets from above using the gain in airspeed to lessen engine stall risk. Then duck back behind the any hills or mountains aviable to avoid targeting from surviving gunners. While your wing man makes his attack run on the remaing forces. A air academy for fixed and rotating wing would be really nice in OFP. Some kind of clan where you get your pilots qualifications before you go to play to your selected clan or squad. I'm not saying all this cos I know, I just readed somewhere, but its only from another topic, so if the guy who pposted it got it wrong so do I @CERO. Yes and I just saw them behave in-game exactly as you described them. One more "problem" I noticed with the plane. Crash it into the ground and the explosions and smoke dammage effects are almost not there. It just crumples up quietly and dies. Heatseeker 0 Posted August 29, 2004 Well, its a beta afterall, but i just experienced a CTD using the grey one too, didnt happen right away, it took a while (7minuts aprox). I was also using some other addons at the time (vitapc pack BMP3 and ZU-23M's) but i never experienced any CTD's with those, im still not sure if it was the A10's fault or not .
