FSPilot 0 Posted June 30, 2003 found that in the addon discussion forum in the bunker emplacement threadhttp://www.geocities.com/purdue_krts/tactics/bunker.htm bah! its got one of those codes that blocks your right clicks. of course it also blocks my mousewheel clicks too looks good though
Tovarish 0 Posted June 30, 2003 Well, I can't right click, but my mousewheel still works fine. Apart from the fact that it's on geoshitties and I had to wait a while before I could access it, that website is great! Good read, and some of it's information could be used in OFP bunker addons. If OFP2 supports underground tunnels, this would be a great addon resource. After today's experience though , I think I just might buy a paintball gun when i have some cash to spare. It would definitely be a Tippman 98 - I've mentioned before that this was my gun of choice in Delerium Tagball, and it was also the gun we all used today. Even though the guns obviosly saw a lot of usage and weren't much to look at, they worked amazingly well, I only had one "jam" and that was due to the fact that they didn't tighten the CO2 canister all the way (for easy replacement) and the damn thing came out just enough to stop firing but not enough that I'd notice right away...I had to empty and then completely remove my loader in the heat of a firefight before I realized that a jammed ball inside the gun was not the problem :P. From what I've read in their forums, the Tippman 98 is also very easy to upgrade. *edit* Tippman 98 Custom, exactly like the one I used today (except for the optics):
Renagade 0 Posted June 30, 2003 Where do u buy the gas bottle(co2 right?) and do u get it filled up again like with a divers bottle or do u exchange them for new ones at a price??
Tovarish 0 Posted June 30, 2003 When you buy a paintball gun, the Co2 canister comes with it. You can easily get it refilled at any paintball field worthy of the name, usually free of cost (the paintballs themselves are where they make their money)
Supah 0 Posted June 30, 2003 And in the netherlands your not even allowed to own a paintball gun without a license which is near to impossible to obtain
Necromancer- 0 Posted June 30, 2003 And in the netherlands your not even allowed to own a paintball gun without a license which is near to impossible to obtain not true... paintball guns are completely legal now, nor do u need a license for it now. as long if you're older than 18. "Luchtbuksen" are legal as well, nor do you need a license for it, but you have to be at least 18. Ima get a M40A1, since it looks like an air sports rifle. I love em Improvised fox holes If anyone's gonna get an HK G36c... you WONT get disappointed even with the short barrel, u'd still have a reasonable range the trajectory is very flat imo... and very accurate compared to a stock Tokyo Marui M4A1 :P
USSoldier11B 0 Posted July 8, 2003 Blah, 47 pages on toys, simunitions are the best...but I don't know if it's available to civilians. You can use real guns with them, and best of all they hurt like hell.

Last thing i heard you even needed a permit for a highpowered nailgun I thought you had to have one of those bright red barrels on any real looking "Weapon" ? Makes it look stupid. Besides me buying a real looking gun might freak out the girl friend, i've been known to be able to accidentally injure myself while doing anything (DIY time is especially fun )

Supah 0 Posted July 8, 2003 Having done some research about wheter or not airsoft is illegal in the netherlands i came to this conclusion. Its not illegal however any airsoft weapon which is not easily recongnisable as fake is. The realistic models are all banned. So that sorta drains the fun out of it. The dutch airsoft club is lobbying to have the law changed to have the guns made legal. I am not optimistic they will get anywhere with that. Shame

I missed out on shooting some SF guys because of that.

hellfish6 7 Posted July 8, 2003 They're Rhodesian Eland-90s from the Rhodesian Armoured Car Regiment. Edit: I also have pics somewhere of T-55s from the same unit. They're cool.
