I am not 100% sure what you need.

You can use "Blastcore Tracers A3 - FoxFort Edit" addon in your mission or server. You are NOT allowed to earn money in anyway with "Blastcore Tracers A3 - FoxFort Edit".

The money restriction is not at Armaholic link, thankyou for advising.

I allow people to make money with my mod and will not use Blastcore on it.

I don't think you are allowed to.  Not paying for a mod anyway.

FoxFort, it's a PVP mod with some long term features like: data base save, property acumulation and property theft, statistics, money.

kremator, i'm really noob on those license things, but i believe people using my mod can apply for a Monetized Server.

I play with vanilla weapons and i saw that you add optional files for RHS ACE and HLC.If i play with Cup weapons do i need to an optional file for it?

To my knowledge, CUP weapons uses vanilla A3 bullets, so there should not be any issue, if they are please let me know :)

I don't know was it mentioned but you may change the colour of texture in rvmats. That will bring color back to tracers at day time.
Something like that for red tracers:
 

ambient[]={500,12,12,1};
diffuse[]={500,12,12,1};
emmisive[]={500,12,12,1};
PixelShaderID="Normal";
VertexShaderID="Basic";

class Stage0 {
	texture="#(rgb,8,8,3)color(0.8,0.05,0.05,1)";
	uvSource="tex";
	Filter="Point";
};

I don't have much time to found good values, but maybe someone else have.
Also it is possible to add light source to tracers so they will light environment, made some experiments with Blastcore:


But that needs changes to particle effects and define new effect for each tracer entry.
Looks not so epic with lower values of brightness:

With new Jet DLC here is a new version of BlastCore Tracers

- Added: support for Jets DLC new bullets.
- Added: Included fix for RHS glich made by "Bamse".

For use only RHS tracers (BCTracers_Edited_rhs) -can I use only optional RHS - or I must use BCTracers_Edited too?

All other optional pbos are addon to my mod, so main mod + your optional one

I was also thinking it would be epic for tracers to have light source as it does emit light, of course, but the question remains, the limitation or rather the performance hit that comes from light sources from large amounts of tracers.

I do think it would be a good idea, but with A3 Engine, I am not sure how big hit would it be on performance.
