stoffl 13 Posted February 17, 2014 (edited) thanks again for yet another great update. After having spent quite some time now with the L115A3 I still feel that it is lacking accuracy. I tried out prone (using TMR) on my custom range and used the Leopold ER/T, SOS, and the DMS and while I'm no expert shot, I was able to hit the target at 1000 meters. An Arma 3 ballistics expert can chime in but if wind is a factor as well as if this is online? Consistently it has a miss rate? Also what stance are you shooting at the particular movement, are you using the bipod? And checking the ammo config there's no way to tweak the dispersion so I'm not sure what it is. stoffl 13 Posted February 17, 2014 I am using the LRPS from BI most of the time as well as the Leopold that came with massis Nato & Speznaz mod. Yes I am using the bipod + TMR shooting from prone. Wind is not a factor on our training-server. I usually hit my first shot(s) as well, but then it starts to deviate quite extreme. I think that waiting relatively long between shots (10-15sec) helps. EricJ 764 Posted February 18, 2014 Probably, though I'm really not sure what you're expecting as the Zeiss optic (I couldn't find a Leopold) and the LRPS sway quite a lot compared to some other scopes I used. gatordev 219 Posted February 18, 2014 First an alibi- M110 suppressor adjusted, now has recoil when mounted on the M110 With RC17, I'm still having no recoil with the Surefire suppressors (both 5.56 and 7.62) as well as the M110 suppressor. When I use the vanilla suppressors in your ammo box (5.56 and 7.62), the recoil is there. I double checked and made sure I have the latest. This applies to both the SCARs and the M110. EricJ 764 Posted February 18, 2014 (edited) M107 I was planning on making a suppressor (eventually) and had pasted the wrong code in the muzzle slot, which IS active in RC17 (nice catch) and I didn't put the Muzzle proxy on the weapon. M24... I think it's because it has only Semi, Burst, and Full Auto as part of the config. I just didn't take the time to configure it properly (nor had it crossed my mind) as the SureFires are more for assault rifles and the like. I think there is a generic suppressor available for it.
