There's usually only three, maximum four players at any one time and we constantly get killed which is half of the fun to be honest. We're essentially using it as a Sandbox with added missons. Thanks again! Your probably not sending a recon team in first then m8 and inserting way too close to the A.O. jus61 54 Posted May 17, 2015 hi we have played a lot of missions for arma 3 but no mission is like your scripted mission. So we ask us if we could have a preview mission for your script. We could host it and try it for you or you could try it with full admin rights on our server with full premissions. We like your mod so much that we could host your mod for your to test it. lukio 18 Posted May 31, 2015 Is there any way to set the difficulty level? Just tested out the current release and with 1 player connected, difficulty is set to "Ultra", we usually play with 5-10 players so maybe fine tuning it a bit would be helpful. For example we do not always have AA or UAV capabilities, basicall its just basic infantry fireteam capabilities. The VAS used in PO3 is not just simply replaced, it's been integrated into the mission more closely than a simple folder swap. Right now I'm re-writing part of the tasks, trying to optimise it further. The last 10% is the aesthetics and polish (Mission Hints, Tutorials, Guides, etc...) ;) I'll record some play footage from the next test and post it up for you all. themightylc 10 Posted June 29, 2015 Hello fellow peacemakers. I will try keep this short. We are a group of 6 (when maxed out) casual players with very little spare time at our hands. We've played a lot of DayZ & Insurgency and now we've come to realize how great it would be to play some Arma 3 and the test-sessions with PO3 were a blast - albeit somewhat chaotic. We're somewhat overwhelmed with the options and the - let me put this mildly - "somewhat obstrusive interface". Like Jack Sparrow said it is important knowing "what a man can do and what he can't do" - and right now we know neiter :*) Does anyone know a good starting point for the somewhat most basic stuff, but with Patrol Operations in mind as the definitive mission option? I'm talking about - user interface - ingame assets (vehicles, weapons, utilities) - group/squad organization - gameplay hints - PO3 specific things thank you so much! lawndartleo 109 Posted July 5, 2015 Greetings, Can you clarify what your difficulties are with the interface? Never had an issue that a few moments of experimentation didn't sort out. The vehicles you have at your disposal are interspersed throughout the base and have varying requirements for use. This is where the squad manager comes into play and allows the game master (admin) to grant permissions for use. A mix of gunners, AT, AA and medics... cover all the bases. Nothing really specific to add except be prepared to engage in a variety of situations. Plan ahead for the engagement by determining if its something that you are likely going into a hot zone or an ambush situation. Will it start hot or finish hot? Go from there. pitch your tent before engaging in a tactical situation in a location that allows rapid redeployment to the battlefield should you become a casualty. Better to spawn nearby in a sheltered location than have to halo in on a hot zone. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I've modified the mission so that these restrictions no longer apply 3. this is still something we're trying to figure out. And dont expect a fix ever as the owner has moved on from VAS. I have seen a working copy around here... you may need to google... BUT you may want to move onto virtual arsenal. Keeps everyone from grabbing a .308 and sniping through the operation. Now if you can enlighten me on how to enable a class filtering system on arsenal, I'm all eyes. i want to have some flexibility with load outs but still control the situation somewhat.
