RobertHammer here are some screenshots of my tan interpretation on your m4´s, tell me if you like them. For me i enjoyed it to work on such good models and ground textures.

they look good but maybe you could remove that number on dustcover? ye i know army guys like to mark their weapons like that

also can you make woodland camo in same style like the ones in the pack? maybe try doing the snake pattern if you know how to do that

This screens are only for showoff so the number was only for me and my group. When you want the textures for your pack i send them to you clear ;).

This was my first weapon retexture so have to get into it, and i want this snake pattern too, but dont know how to do this, have to think about how it can work, or anyone can help me out or point me in the right direction ? i´m only a helpless hobby gimper hehehe ;)

Is it possible that you make with your next update or fix a tan version of the micro t1 and compm2 middle mount ?

In the colour of the eotech or so, that would be really cool.

My future plan is 2 x desert`s

1 clear style finished

2 camo style in WIP finetuning

2 x wood

not begun

Thougt on something like that =

about those tan optic variants - you can make the tan camo for them , then i can easy add them ;)

Yeah i can do that, can you send me the four p3ds with a namewhatyouwant.paa(camo1/camo2) in the model, with an new config, when its not to much effort.

For on wood version and a tan version of it. But i need to see the texture ingame to get them right and need more to compare the working progress.

I suck at configs and can you tell me how to add the hk416´s camos entry to the config, so i can work on them too ?

Which models you mean? you mean the optics? unfortunately all attachments doesn't support hiddenselections - only weapons does which is sad :/

as for hk416 camo entry - you can basicly look into my config , there are the camo M4 variants so you can easy copy that class and inherit the hk416 class

that way you can do the hk416 camo variants

I would need 4 models(p3ds) , 2x Micro T1 and 2 x Compm2 middel mount.

When i understand it right i need for every scope camo a model with the .paa in the p3ds.

But how i said above only when its not to much effort.

Because of that problem that the optics dont have hiddenselections, i heared oft that last week.

That would be possible then,as an example

Will be fixed , shame it can be fixed for 3D zoom scopes because you can't simply disable NVG for them - one of the issues with 3D zoom scopes unfortunately

IIRC the first 3D ACOG iterations of the FHQ accessories pack automatically disabled NV when you aimed down the sights, perhaps you could ask on how he did it?

Desert camo looks good but that Snake Pattern dunno , it looks too big - anyway try to make other camos like the woodland

Great job on the camos speedy! Looks fantastic.

If you get really bored you could add some wear to it (paint starting to come off and showing the original finish) to really bring some character.

It seems like the snake camo is just a little big. You make the pattern in real life with a laundry bag and usually the holes are just a little smaller. I like what you've done, but if you could make the "holes" (the browner part) smaller, I think it would look better.

Hey, I have the strangest issue going on. Right now a buddy of mine has this installed, same version as me, yet for some reason in game he can't see the guns when I equip them, and he cant see the ammo box. I VNCed into his machine to check it out, and I confirmed the files are there, are not corrupt, but for some reason they are not working. I even had him redownload from Armaholic, disabled and re-enabled the add-on, and still nothing. Any idea what the issue might be? I even deleted the bisign and bikeys to ensure that even if there was some minor mismatch, they should still show up. But they don't even show up in the virtual arsenal for him.

thx all for feedback and remember thats only possible because rh makes hiddenselections with permission to modifiy, hope more modders be open for this.

So enough ass licking, but have to say this ;).

Robert do you thought about my request for the compm2 and micro t1 aimpoint ?

Other question is it ok for you that i made a wip thread for the RH m4/16 retextures to get some productive feedback and dont spam your thread with pictures ?When the standards for my group and you are done i mayby make some special camos for my group but i would share it with the community with your permission.

For the snake camo it will get some overhaul on the pattern size and some finetuning, after that the wood is on my table but i cant switch until i finished it right for me what i have begun, its like a illness ;).

HK416 - The M16 has finally been fixed

Thanks a lot for your hard and continuous work, RH: finally HK416 and M27 in RH quality!:yay:

One note: The M27 can`t fire semiautomatic - only full! Is that intention or due to the fact that the bipod can fold out?

The "real" has both options - great pity to me thats missing here...!

First, thanks for these great weapon and accessories packs.

Second, some observations and opinions that I haven't seen being mentioned (enough) earlier:

* The shadows that the HK416 D14.5RS are projecting on the surface behind are incomplete.

* The mirage effect, heat dissipation from your weapons: cool, but way too exaggerated. I'm not sure what you sources, inspiration or motivation for this effect are, but I can hardly see any reason--balance, realism, or otherwise--for this. It interfers with target acquisition on follow-up shots and it's breaking the visual representation on your sights (as others have reported, see below). I can literally see the heatcloud soar away meters above me if I look closely enough. I suggest you either a) remove it; b) greatly lessen it; c) share information to the community on how to disable it for personal/group use. Please? :)

Some sights are affected more that others. E.g. comparing your RH_Acc EOTech EXPS3 with the vanilla one ("Mk17 Holo"), I suspect your "reticle cone" is much narrower that theirs, excluding its inside view from any heat dissipation effects. If I lean prone as in one of the pictures below, this creates a crisp cone, protruding from the optics. The same goes for your Aimpoint CompM2s, while most other sights' "inner view" are totally unaffected by the heat dissipation, by some reason (wider cones?). This just becomes weird, both the effect and the basis for the choice the player is forced to make when selecting equipment...

Not to derail but FHQ_Attachments has both those sights. No point in asking Robert to make something that'd be redundant.
