Unfortunately, the wiki of yours seems a bit outdated, as it claims that the most recent version is the 1.2.6.317 STABLE. Now my question. errr… My questions rather… Are the infos about the antennas still correct ? Is it possible to get the Directivity diagram of the 13" Antenna ? What is the antenna's type of the new PRC introduced with the Arma3 version of ACRE ? Are you still working on Directionnal Antennas ? Will there be some updates about Antennas in the future, wether it be in the ACRE***engine itself or on the Antennas page in the wiki ? Sorry, there is a lot of questions, but… You know… Some guys makes a wonderful job and this job generates sometime some enthusiasm among the users. TheOnly 10 Posted October 1, 2013 Hi and thx the most immersive atmosphere creating mod that has been made. A little update to those who use ACRE and TS. As promised by Teamspeak Developers, they have now removed "Direct input" as vs 3.0.13. Since a very large part of the ACRE users, are dependent on direct input to able to use push to talk or other shortcut features on TS, vs 3.0.12 is the latest version that can be used safely..remember to "not" upgrade your servers as well. If you remove the ACRE plugin, the dependency for Direct Input goes away in vs 3.0.13. The bug is not only in A3 with Acre, but is present as long as the plugin is installed. In game or out of game. First of all i had the problem with the acre with 3.0.12 TS. problem fix is the direct input. now with 3.0.13 the direct input is gone , but i dont have problems with TS. Second is that where can i dnld the acre for arma3 beta . is there a version ? every dnld i have ,not working in game. i see only the radio in my right lower corner , but no acre sounds, and TS says that i have Version 1.4.10 and Arma2 connected:No Why the acre plugin says Arma2 ? is this normal? thanks Acre give s Arma full radio comm realism ... i can t wait for a stable release for A3... nice work !! zach72 1 Posted October 1, 2013 @dragonsyr. TeamSpeak 3.0.12 disabled "direct input" by default, which anyone used to ACRE will probably used to capture a keypress to use talk in-game. TeamSpeak 3.0.13 took away the "direct input" option, which afaik breaks ACRE/TeamSpeak royally, although I've heard of a few people still using it (may be using a mouse push-to-talk or voice activated though) I'm sticking on 3.0.12 for now, may even roll back to 3.0.11.1 I hope the ACRE devs can sort something out soon over this. There is no official download for ACRE for Arma3. It's not released yet. Everyone using it have probably got it from the UO server or from each other, which is where it is being developed/tested. You also need @CBA_A3 and @JayArma3Lib to use ACRE. Everyone monitoring this thread is patiently waiting for a 'release' of ACRE for Arma3, but it seems like there is only 1 dev on it at the moment, and he's busy! Hopefully this problem will get sorted, or we're all stuck on TeamSpeak version 3.0.12 or earlier. I don't know if this is the right place to put it.. but I have a problem with ACRE in ARMA2 and I guess also in ARMA3 I use 3 screen configurations at 5040x1050. Doesn't matter the res.. You can choose any other with 3 Screens and will happen the same. When I make appear the radios, this is what happens: And because I cannot resize or move the radio bitmap.. I cannot access the radios (not this one in the screen but all of them if the button is ouside of the screen show), so it is completelly usesless. Is there any fix for this, that don't goes through playing in 1 screen? would be nice to move and resize the radios as we can do it in the map area. Thanks! I guess that I am a 5% or less of the people that play with this configuration. But maybe I am wrong and more people everyday are coming to 3 Nvidia surround screens. I installed in 2 computers ACRE with 3 monitors (in different period of time) and I had the same result. I'd like the players to retain the radios and their configurations they had when killed, so they don't have to spend five minutes to get the proper radios from the box and tweak settings again. owesome 10 Posted October 4, 2013 (edited) Hi ;) most of our buddy's are fine with ACRE. 2 ppl have the problem that the transmission via radio just works for ~10min. With direct communication there is no problem, even after hours. We already changed the settings in "Hotkeys" to direct input. There popupwindow that he is transmitting via radio still comes up, but without any radiobeep. Maybe someone has a clue what we can try else. Thanks in advance.
