-martin- 10 Posted July 15, 2011 Meaning that "overpopulation" would never be a problem considering the size of the universe. Plus since humanity would get so fragmented different cultures, ideologies etc... would develop just as they have on our small Earth, and with super weapons, over population would definitely not be a problem. Humans want to become Gods even before they have become worthy enough to be humans I think that destroying one planet is enough; we don’t need to destroy the whole universe. jblackrupert 14 Posted July 16, 2011 Agreed with Sanctuary.BTW, there may be other, but very bitchy counter argument: Have you ever heard about war blackrupert? Wars don't kill enough people to even come close to having real effects. As for shipping people off into space. I seriously seriously doupt we could possibly move that many people fast enough to outpace the worlds birthrate and enormous drop in deaths from disease. I'm a fan of seeing people become responsible and only having two kids, three tops, per partnership. I'm hoping it will happen but I doubt it especially in the places where they are an economic asset, which tends to be where overpopulation is the worst. Well in astronomy lecture, we were taught that even with current technology, if it had the funding it would take only 100 million years to colonies the whole galaxy, which really is not a long time at all in the gist of things. And with the expenantial growth of technology and moore's law its not at all to believe it will be in the swing of things within two century's, or sooner. :)

Blackhawk 0 Posted July 22, 2011 Personally, I'd like to see a nuclear explosion first hand. Apparently you can't quite comprehend how powerful one is until you experience it yourself. Second would be to experience space, and see the world from space. Third, I want to experience a total solar eclipse.

-=Borz=- 10 Posted July 23, 2011 (edited) 1- New non-predatorial economic system, based on altruism and solidarity among all humans, leading to end of all conflicts, and allowing everyone meeting all basic needs. 2- Dragon sinking in the bloody river: Bankrupcy in Codemasters; BIS buys the remains by £2, employs all Codemasters workers. BIS degrades Sionist Lenton and the guy who created the annoying dialogues in Red river (New Roles: dialogue guy prepares coffees for all; Sion says "cool" and "niiiice" when the crew work well and in the meantime works in BI forums banning people in the thread "They did it again...". 3- BIS produces and sells a step by step, user friendly, and affordable DVD about advanced and detailed mission making (via mouse button clicks); which tens of thousands of us would buy happily.
