Hello. Why am I not getting the value of the position when I use locationType "NameLocal", "ViewPoint", "BorderCrossing", "VegetationBroadleaf", "VegetationFir", "VegetationPalm", "VegetationVineyard"?

_locations = nearestLocations [position Server, ["NameLocal", "ViewPoint", "BorderCrossing", "VegetationBroadleaf", "VegetationFir", "VegetationPalm", "VegetationVineyard"],5000];

What location type to get the value of the position of outposts "Make2", "Kinno", etc.?

Anyone know if this map project is still being worked on?

It has lots of potential but still needs some work so it'll support larger missions that cover more of the map.

It needs alot more roads and mountain passes (both paved and dirt), especially paved running east-west because right now there's no road connecting that direction at all in the mid section.

Also, vehicle speeds are too slow when driving off pavement. For example, I was able to attain top speed on paved road of more than 100mph, but as soon as i went offroad top speed was only 25 on flat ground. Considering the size and area covered on this map the offroad speeds need to be alot faster.

Could also use more flattened and large meadow type areas in mid sections as right now 80% of the map is too rugged and high for travel or base building...it's too limited.

Add alot more roads, flatlands and some water ways running north-south and this map would be phenomenal! Hope you keep working on it!!

Mmm we are working on other maps, I have a new version of clafghan but there are places that are unfinished, so it is impossible to upload :(

honestly do not know when there will be a new version completed.

happy to wait - great map as it is for now guys

could definitely be improved in places

making the river wider and deeper with periodic fords would be ideal as we like to use boats that dont run aground all the time (especially the sekra patrol boat from RACS).

rivers in afghanistan can be 200m wide.

the worst thing in the world on the map is the posts by the side of the road killing your radiator with one tap, but hey it's realistic!

Anybody know if this map is working on a dedi which uses signature checks? (the signatures from six updater seem to be broken, causing mismatches between client/server and therefore kicking clients)

Are there any plans to make the Clafghan greenzone plants block AI vision? I know that CLA is a PvP clan, but still...

Looking at the map now. If it looks good porting over insurgency and ace insurgency to this map this week. Probably add MRAPS, IED's, and more chopper oriented for movement of players. We could probably use some testers from 14:00 EDT (GMT -5) thru 00:00 EDT (GMT -5) if anyone is interested. We have 8 testers/developers that love to play ARMA 2.

Anyone else having issues with fog defying the mission maker in MP? Can't seem to force fog levels, even through scripting. The map eventually says "I'm going to make it foggy and rainy now, despite the forecast". Really makes CAS useless on this map and long range observation near impossible.
