I think there is no need to do units or vehicles by ourselfes... Just put BW Mod on it or Use some RHS factions and it should fit the german warfare feeling...*sounds wrong but u know what i mean* Regards Chaser -

easy boys ;-) as stated before....this question was answered multiple times... but i can do it one last time. there will be no rivers on taunus because arma didnt offer any support for rivers and ponds above 0 MSL. yes we know that there are some ways to do it somehow, but if so we would destroy the hightmap, and we would have to do rivers like 100m deep with a big canyon right and left of it. we simply don´t want to do it that way. have a nice weekend regards Chaser -

and another 12h of work today... the reason of this little shot is...often you don´t see the progress on a screenshot at all, but we are working pretty hard to bring this beauty to you guys as soon as possible with the highest quality ever seen in the Arma series. so stay tuned and remember..every friday we try to post screenshots of the weekly progress, but often it has been made in a different way as you think..sometimes it is bugfixing, sometimes placing new villages or road objects. never ever someone can pay for time and effort for a good terrain tho.... IF i ever would do it for money...then u have to pay me 1.000.000€. 20€ is less then mikero tools will cost you :D -

Hello guys, i just want to let you know, that we are still alive. ATM there has no progress been made. The last 2 Updates including the lighting has thrown us with 200km/h on a wall. We have got a lot more work which has to be done before we can continue this project. Bohemia has offered help on twitter and if some of the devs is in the mood to help us getting the lighting back to the old look and feel as it was before the upgrade it would be appreciated. We will inform you as soon as we can/are willing to continue this map asap. Meanwhile we all have to wait till the problems/issues/personal opinion is fixed/back on track to a level which is needed to bring you an "as best as we can" experience as we ever wanted to do in the past. a nice and handy guide how to use the new lighting values on custom terrains. what they stand for and what they change...one by one THIS is my biggest wish from bohemia :D

i think if bohemia continues to "change" things without a proper documentation on "how to handle" their "improvements"... a big part of the whole modding community will drop off everything and will switch to other games/projects....and this could be the end of Arma as everybody loves it... It is not a CUP issue..it is engine side. Because Shadowdrawing like this is hardcoded in the engine. This has nothing to do with gamma and brightness and so on... And last but not least. i don´t need a little boy to tell me to use my brain... watch your language buddy..it´s a discussion and bugtracker thread...not a thread to argue about someone´s opinion.
