    Obviously it's not that easy, since the idea is not new and BIS decided against it. The ship also wasn't done by BIS and people making 3D models are probably not the ones working on such features anyway. For the artillery gun see here:

    The launcher and missile have their own narrow radar. So it can shoot at a detected target alone but doesn't spot it again when not facing it.

    The biggest problem I have with the SAMs, is that they are useless with the AI. With me manually using it's going as expected with enganging as beyond visual range, but with only the AI using the launchers they only start engagement when they are under a range of 2 kilometers when it didn't engage anyone else before and is unaware, even when I'm using the radar and locking it, the AI in the actual launcher sleeps until it either already dropped cluster on us or I go into it and lock the target and then leave UAV controls again. Also since it's not a normal NPC but an UAV, I can't even set the AI to aware or combat, atleast not the usual way.

    Well, actually I hope BIS does one themselves, we'll hopefully see something on the next roadmap. Really is a small addition that adds a lot of depht to the game. Especially since it's easily counterable by turning off the radar and sometimes driving a meter to the side. And if they don't, your addon does it already really well.

    Or just give them NASAMS treatment and give them the AMRAAM model. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NASAMS So yeah there are enough possibilities, the question is if BIS wants to go away from the Gepard/K30 Biho like AA, which also only have Stinger-like shortrange IR missiles to assist the gun, which are more for following tanks and securing other tanks while they do their thing,to a system like Pantsir for point or area defense.

    I really want to know how you got that idea now. Nonetheless, the answer is that they still plan to add content and have some of it in the pipeline and even teased in this very thread. I think the discussion about the T64 was long enough and RHS have made their intensions quite clear.

    The Pantsir makes this mod worth it alone, it's really nice. I have some feedback though. I think the radar range should be increased a bit, otherwise incoming jets have easy time hitting them even with self guided bombs. Also the missiles seem to be configured as IR guided missiles, which makes them usable without using the radar and makes them quite easy to flare away.
