Sounds about right. We used to have a completely different older arma2 model as well for the NLAW when we first started out. :)

Congrats on all the recent releases to this. The winter units and vehicle camouflages tweaks to include snow are very impressive. :)

Our NLAW largely inherits from the BIS NLAW. I think the feature you are describing is an ACE3 feature. I don't believe it is a 'break' or 'bug' but more of a simulated tracking system used by the particular launcher. TAB will be the default ACE3 key. To check, try our launcher and the BIS one without ACE3 to confirm both have the diamond lock, then try them both again with ACE3 and see if their behaviour is the same. If they behave differently in both instances, then please let us know as this is not intended.

I don't think this issue has been reported. We've used the L16 mortar recently on our MP servers on private Ops without any issues. Does your server have anything else running perhaps that the hosted one doesn't?

We'll look to assist in any way we can with this issue. We really appreciated Da12thmonkey giving us permissions to include the scopes in our pack some four years ago when we first released the weapon pack - and now by so quickly explaining the situation. The scopes are still in their original .pbos and we haven't opened or modified any source material in anyway, simply included them in the BAF Weapon pack so that we didn't require a further dependency.

You likely have a conflict with another mod. Try running just our mods, plus CBA and see if you still get the issue. If yes, then we'll take a closer look. If you don't get the problem with just that reduced mod set, try adding in a mod at a time until something breaks again. We can then take a look at your feedback and see if there is anything we can do. As we regularly use ACE3, Project Opfor, RHS, CUP Terrains, and Enhanced Movement, I am going to go out on a limb and say it likely isn't those (unless we just haven't noticed it yet after the update). EDIT: Just tried our release candidate builds + cba and I have no issues. Merlins, ORC, Jackal etc... work fine. All guns have ammo once taken off safety by selecting the next fire mode. It appears to be either a mod conflict or an issue with your download perhaps? All of those vehicles use our vehicle weapons, so it might be an idea to redownload the Vehicle pack again in case it is corrupt somehow.

@constance68w: You are already free to download the weapon pack and use the .pbo's as required, however we don't permit separate uploads to Steam, so if you are making it for a clan or group, the upload would need to be for a private repo - say through Arma3Sync. As JD Wang states, we've already separated our mods into four separate packs to make it easier for groups that don't want to use all aspects of our releases. You only need the weapons, and not equipment, units, or vehicles. It's as user friendly as we can make it. @The_Elkin: Not sure if there is any time scale on this. Most of the time, BAF use the gpmg without a scope. There are no rails on it. The only time it regularly is equipped with optics is when it is used as a static position. For longer range engagements where it needs to be used as a support weapon, you can already simulate that in the game by carrying a 3CB gpmg tripod on your back (or by an assistant) in the launcher slot and combining the hand held gpmg to create the tripod version. It can then be disassembled back into the gun and tripod and moved to a new fighting position.

The Javelin should be capable of locking onto anything with even the slightest heat source. You need to switch to zoomed view, thermal, and then you should be able to bracket and hold the lock on the object. It locks onto buildings, units, vehicles etc... You can even bring down helicopters with it if you can keep them in the crosshairs long enough for it to establish the lock.

Not a priority at the moment. Fixing the packs, adding small updates to most, and then a couple of new vehicles is the current focus. For the Wildcat and Apache, adding pylons is the next step. Afterwards, perhaps.
