    i updated mine to 1.48 without any error (except for that #login ADMINPASSWORD thing(does not work > #vote $USER admin works) still broken or broken again) running: Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS you stopped arma3server before? used correct installdir (force_install_dir) @steamcmd?

    thanks for explanation. i redownloaded&verfied the a3linux dedi to another dir, stopped all other arma servers on the box, and used same cfg as before, now its working again, so the error was on my side, thanks for the quick response ;) btw <3 marksmen

    indeed, still no official release of KotH but the rules say: All Contest materials will be published or will be directed through the Contest Website so koth is against the rules?! the thing behind that is that they want server access to "install" their mission as part of a "copy protection"

    Got the same error: stable version, no mods, launch parameter: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Arma 3\arma3.exe" -mod=@DragonFyreLITE error msg at startup: Addon 'DragonFyre_Config' requires addon 'CBA_MAIN' but it works flawless (except for launch error) with CBA (newest version) stable version, no mods, launch parameter: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Arma 3\arma3.exe" -mod=@CBA_A3;@DragonFyreLITE no error msg at startup but ingame: Script DFyre_A_Scripts\scripts\init.sqf not found

    you got steamcmd on your server? https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/SteamCMD install it, start it (read wiki) go to /home/$user/Steam/linux32 > copy "steamclient.so" to your arma3_install_dir

    server starting up with same error msg like in posts before, can't connect > kicked this fixed it for me even mods are working etc...

    the whole workshop thing is not really usable, have u checked the best missions of all time(week/month etc), still 'content' from the alpha like "ground attack" or upvoted crap missions by some ppl... but i like the idea with the voting after the mission.
