    That's true, we do not support mirrors of our content. We upload it to the Steam Workshop and that will (for now) be the only place to get it from. We're working on it!

    Not sure which ones you're talking about, but eventually we plan on having a broader range of uniform combinations. There will also be more uniforms added down the line. Not sure what photos. But if there are photos with new content in game, do you think an update will be coming? Sorry about the forever part, we all do this as a hobby and I had hoped you'd understand. I see that was not the case, perhaps you'll be happier when we update the content we provide to you more often?

    No, we do not plan on removing any content. What will happen in the future is that some of the content will be hidden from the arsenal. This means that there will be less entries, but none removed.

    Hi, thank you for using USP. Unfortunately, we do not have any plans of adding PLA gear or camouflages to USP. Our main goals lie with NA and EU equipment and the available camouflages will match that decision.

    No clue, stuff gets released when it's ready and we feel happy putting it in. There is no saying in when specific stuff gets in, and even if we knew we wouldn't go in on it. We're hoping to release more stuff soon (remember everyone has a different impression of 'soon'). But we have a lot of work ahead in fixes as well as other stuff that we want to implement in terms of compatibility.

    At this point your trolling has gotten a bit too far, you have had the chance to read our explanations on what our plans are above. I will not repeat myself over and over again. I see the baiting that you like to do, and the one that you did on the Steam workshop page. I decided not to bring it up, as I like to approach things as fair and open as possible. Unfortunately you have nothing else to do with your time but commenting on this thread. Which is fine, I appreciate your efforts and interest. From now on I will refrain from replying to your messages regarding the textures or Multicam variants. You know the answers, you can find them above. If the BI moderation staff will not do anything about your petty baiting, then I will in form of ignoring it.

    You'll be able to forward retexture requests once the gear is finished. You can do so by messaging us through Reddit or Discord. We will evaluate the request and get back to you.     Perhaps that is why it's still being tweaked, and later switched out for scanned materials once they are completed. Hopefully then there will be no issues concerning your accuracy about textures anymore.

    Filesize is always a concern with a mod of this scope, using various packs or pbos should eliminate the need for a big one time download. We are currently working on that, and progress will be noticable in future updates. That fully depends on your videocard, available vram and settings. Most if not all videogames these days are tailored towards the newer end videocards. If your videocard is anything remotely modern, you should have no concern using 4K textures on your assets. Furthermore, does USP use 2K texture files with the exception of various textures where we realized that it saved more space and vram using a 4K texture instead of multiple smaller ones. We concluded this before working on the items, mainly to ensure that they are all of reasonable equal quality. __________ Thus, ultimately, leading us to conclude that we will continue the usage of 4K textures where necessary in order to save having to load in multiple (2K) texture files at the same time. Which performance wise should be more noticable than single 4K textures.

    Values are yet to change, we'll do our best and have playability as our number one priority. Matching other mods may not be our key focus, but we'll get it to be as useful as we can.

    Reuploading content is against several rules, BI's own rules, our license, Valve's rules and regulations and any copyright or IP regulating act. Doing so will result in legal issues, so I advise not to bring it up, or attempt it yourself. As mentioned before, we will open certain areas of freedom for people to retexture. We have also stated multiple times that if you have requests for textures you can either bring these to the USP development team, or submit them. That way we can look over them, and if we deem them clear for use we will include them in USP itself with proper credit. I am unsure how I can settle your concerns, especially those about stealing content. I have never said you would steal our stuff and I also don't think changing our behaviour towards allowing retextures will change that. If you are unsure about how we perceive rules regarding retextures and the license we use on our IP, feel free to either message me privately on Discord (which I'll provide in PMs) or on Reddit.     Thank you for your feedback, we'll take it into concideration once we have finalized parts of our mod. As mentioned before, initially by @Siege-A and highlighted by @shadeops21, we have yet to fix certain issues before we can open up certain parts to allow for retexturing. As a final note I would like to state my personal opinion, where I think that both our license and tools currently used do not allow for retextures. Respectful mod makers like yourself would know of these license issues. We are looking forward to allow people to retexture our content in the future, this can be done in overall agreement with the USP team.

HICOS Horizon Islands - Commandement des Opérations Spéciales SOF Gear for Tanoan forces DESCRIPTION HICOS tires to aim for quality over quantity, giving Tanoa SOF gear to be used in missions as AI. Or gear that can generally be used in a jungle/woodland environment. The mod will include new models, as well as retextures/alternations from already excisting mods. Process will be displayed on this thread, and suggestions or questions regarding the contents of the mod can be asked here. Please note that the mod will only include gear such as backpacks, vests, uniforms and head- and facewear. There will be no weapons included within this pack, and they will be free of choice by the end user. HICOS is responsible for raids and special reconnaissance against Horizon Island's cartels and criminal organisations, such as Syndikat. They work alongside the gendarmerie to keep the Horizon Islands safe. HICOS is well funded, and uses primarily western equipment and vehicles. For questions or requests; Steam Profile Please keep in mind that all textures/models are work in progress, and can be changed through the development of this modification. CONTENT Currently working on; - LBT 6094, various setups, (new model) - Crye Precision Gen 3 uniforms, various colours and patterns, - Booniehats, various patterns, - Berets, versions dependent on units, (new model) - Opscore helmets, various colours and patterns, (new model) - MICH helmets, various colours and patterns, (new model) - PVS 21, with COTI module, CEHUD module and regular, (new model) ...and various backpacks in different colours and patterns. IMAGES Future plans are everywhere right now, I'm open for suggestions and willing to include vehicles later down the road. The mod will be a WIP for a while, and be added on frequently. All camo patterns used in this addon are made from scratch, and can be shared on request.
  24. TINY UPDATE I suppose? @yevgeni89, I have chosen to remove all camouflages other than the main camouflage shown in the pictures above (flecktarn-ish one), and the Tanoan version of RealTree. With a focus on expanding onto other projects (fictional or actual SF groups), I have chosen to keep this project smaller in terms of camouflages. Currently there are sixteen unique textures of the Crye Gen 3 alone. Four berets, six opscore helmets (new model coming soon), three MICH 2000s (plain, updates coming later making it atleast nine unique ones). Having more choice in colour for all these things would lead to total nightmare for me to put everything together, and I assume it will turn down people from downloading my kit due to it being too big.
