  3. BI, out of all animations, please change the default walking animation. That sped up, one handed waddle swingy looks just off. A dream would come true if we could swap between different slow walking animations by pressing the combat pace © button...

  5. I'd like to see more graphical depiction of body damage. Making it optional would be a win win for everyone, I guess. I just wonder, Nou, did you find a way to hide body parts without being able to se through the body/model?

  8. The distance a loud noise can be heard depends on tons of factors in reality. Humidity, objects in the way, even the temperature to a little extent, the terrain... I'd say the average distance a regular gunshot can be heard in a rather flat terrain without many objects in the way is around ~3-4km. Louder shots, like tank cannons etcs, can be heard from a louder distance, of course. Most smallarms in DynaSound will be audible up to 3km, 7.62 around 3,5km. some explosions and stuff can be heard over 5km, though.
  9. That's one of the old distance samples of the MK200, they sound weird but I've always been too lazy to make new oney. Well, about time, I guess. :) It should be noticable that only the MK200 makes these sounds in the video, the other guns shouldn't sound as "bubblish"
  10. Alright guys! I've learned lots of stuff about scripting and this lead me to redoing the script framework. The first performance and efficiency results are more than satisfying :) I've also added some new distance sounds to some weapons, here's a quick "ambient" piece... Sound dynamics still concern me and after rewriting the script framework, tweaking volumes will be the top priority. I'll keep you updated :)

  12. What he means is that you can't access the menu in an "empty world", so you have to go into the editor or the running game first. 1. Make sure you're starting up CBA (which you seem to do) 2. Just don't use ArmA's "expansion" thingy but command line parameters... (Thousands of tutorials out there) :) 3. Oh, and make sure that you have the LATEST CBA version, it got updated a few days ago.
  13. Hey mate! No worries, I'm here to rescue you, haha! Climb uses CBAs keybinding system. Just go into your regular controls in the menu and on the buttom it should say "Configure Addons".

  16. Hey guys, a quick heads up: The new CBA got an overhauled keybinding system. I already did an updated version of Climb but forgot to upload it, darn! I won't be back home till tomorrow or saturday, expect an update then. Note: Climb will still work, but only with the default key, which is C

    I'd like to see weapon deployment without bidpods disabled when prone. It simply doesn't make any sense - correct me if I'm wrong!

    Seems as if the attenuation is messed up and the sound gets damped even when you're inside the building. Should be easiyl fixed, I guess :)
