Awesome ... sticking it onto my server now. I'm so sick of my own STUPID AI shooting me. How difficult is it putting a line-of-sight check into the shooting code ? Sheesh! -

The download doesn't seem to be working for kju's DisabledFriendlyFire. Agree that there is a WEALTH of great scripts out there that we used in Arma2 ... would be a shame to lose them forever. Come back Mandoble !! -

TFAR isnt enabled. You use ingame VOIP. There are quite a few objects that have no real purpose at the moment, but will do in future updates.- 377 replies

Rael problem with trees and grass with the 1.68RC. All are highlighted by while outline. Have to revert to Arma2 trees and grass to sort it.

I'd be a fan of using some of Icebreakr's islands. They are really nice indeed. Isla Duala, Lingor or Dingor, or even the new Isla Abramia would be awesome. I'm trying to resurrect an old laptop to see if I can use it as an always on dedi server - wish me luck. I do have another machine that I can use as a dedi, but it isnt on all the time (as the fans sound like a jet taking off !) However, that said, Altis is a good one.- 377 replies

AI are still a massive problem getting stuck in buildings. It may have to take a sledgehammer to crack this nut. Could we please get a function that at least makes the AI jump to your position when you log out ? I'm sick of AI getting stuck, having kitted them out in good gear !- 377 replies

Finally starting to build a base. Level of nails/scrap metal is good now. Now here is another idea ..... dog tags. When you kill a bandit they drop dogtags. Dogtags (only in multiples) can be turned in (somewhere) that gives you a special item (as withfiles - but please remove that stupid vermin from a special weapon or gives you bullet casings)- 377 replies

Thanks ZK. A server reboot would be interesting - do you run ASM by any chance? That can show some really interesting serverside stats (FPS, CPS, players, units, objects, memory usage etc) Changing the user action AWAY from 1 and 2 would be useful - that is what I'm saying. 1 and 2 are used for a huge number of things (there are 20 user actions keys but people STILL use 1 and 2 - BONKERS!)- 377 replies

Vengeance and I kept getting the 3FPS bug. Just before I was forced to reboot, my Arma3.exe was over 3.5gb in memory ! I also had problems connecting following a death (stuck at the black LOST screen). When we were doing missions the enemies would continue to pop into the zone almost continuously (but 1 at a time) as if the server was struggling. Several missions completed as we were heading to them as well. I've now lost my lovely Kaiman :( PS would it be possible to CHANGE the user action key, as I've found that action 1 and action 2 are used very frequently (*for instance tab is used for targetting :( )- 377 replies
