    Tried the mssion just there on my dedi ... works very well. Lots of action. Shame that I didn't spawn with a map however!

    You can always turn up the supersampling to help, however WMR and Vive do suffer due to lack of ASW. I love my Rift, and want MORE Arma experiences in VR. Consumer Version 2 (CV2) Rift WILL be amazing, but we’ll have to wait. Vive Pro (recently released) is a bad joke from HTC.

    No HMD screens are great thus far. Going with WMR, you will miss out on Rift's ASW and ATW technology. Go read up on it and see why us Rifters just keep smiling :)

    For the money, quality and support DEFINATELY go Rift + Touch. Currently sitting at $400 (but you cna get it for $350 in some places!) In the UK it is £400 (but again some deals are dropping that price!) Don't listen to noobs that say Rift cannot do roomscale. This was 'fake news' peddled by Vive fanbois in the early days that is completely untrue (even with 2 sensors). I've got 3 sensors just because I have more USB than I know what to do with them :) It is a great time for VR - just a pity that BIS weren't able t devote time/resources into the VR side. @Grumpy Old Man there is an addon that removes ALL idle animations ... cannot remember what it is called at present. I always run it.

    Right, gents no fighting ... this is a WAR ROOM ! As you are both respected members of community we all want the BEST solution to the Tanks DLC but also much all other AI driving. With the remaining time left for development at BIS, I have regretfully given up hope that we will ever get the driving 100% sorted. I do agree that BIS has had a quite a long time to sort issues listed above - perhaps Arma4 (crosses fingers) will finally be built with AI at the core!
  21. Putting any delay in may make AI even more useless in certain situations with AT, however not allowing reload until missile is dead is a good compromise.

    AI Driving - Feedback topic

    ^^ come on now. Everyone knows that tanks mortal enemy is the 'lean-to' or the awning! Normandy landings wouldn't have quite so well if the beaches were scattered with lean-to or awnings! They are well known to throw 20 ton vehicles right up in to the air - well known fact that! DEVS - So which part of the PhysX simulation is causing this ? Is this something that we can help with - as Tanks DLC is coming up and although fancy interiors are lovely, if a tank cannot get from A to B using AI, or is catapulted into the air by a 'insert small object here' then it doesn't bode well for the final DLC.
