ArmA 3 - Fallujah 2.0. by Shezan74.Port by ANZACSAS Steve. - Arma 2 Terrain by Shezan74 ported to Arma 3. - Permission received directly from Shezan74. - CUP terrains dependency removed. - Requires CUP_Core only. - Uses all Arma 3 features.Lighting ,weather ,AI Clutter params etc. - Updated Clutter. - Changed some near textures to better suit Arma 3 lighting etc. - Fixed destroyed building error!! - Reduced Haze. Features -------------------------------- - 10x10 Km terrain, 4x4 km city terrain - Based on satellite pictures from real Fallujah area - Big city (more than 3.000 buildings and growing) - Houses and palms from ArmA1 to keep high performances and framerate. - 2 Bridges and 2 dams - Real based road grid - Object placement AI-Friendly - Urban, desert and oasis area - 330.000 objects placed - One military airport to the south, one FOB on the northern area (by -[TdC]-Ultimo.it) and another helicopter base in the northern city area. - World Tools has been highly used in building the city to create environment randomness and bio-diversity. I would have to do some tests. I was thinking of using the script/mod myself todo that.Did your script run server side aswell? I will have to look into it.There is alot of interest in it. Thanks for your interest everyone! -

The terrain was made with edited objects residing in unique PBO's. I agree entirely.I intend on looking into it.But the terrain is a big ask as it is.I dont want to make the terrain unplayable though.Alot of ppl are hoping for better FPS in this version due to its already demanding layout.Adding interiors back in WILL hurt performance.Its just a matter of how much. -

The 1.3 version is the same as all the others released.They are in Arma 2 form. A big difference is that all other versions have errors in the buildings classes and corrupts all buildings in all terrains in all of Arma 3 when its loaded. Other than that , the terrain has been brought up to proper Arma 3 standards and features. -

Theres a trap ppl can fall into when situating Airbases too close to terrain edges/boundaries.Keep in mind ppl will probably run a higher than normal view distance if there using the base..Prolly leaving 3 klm or so from the edge will stop the edges being visible. I didnt see this terrain till now.Looks really very nice. Thanks.- 142 replies

Firewill, Ive been informed there is an error now in the CAS modules i made for the F-16 since the last update.The error seems to be a missing texture/skin "mako" that is used in the code.Have you renamed the skin or any others? -
Is the SA-6 an Arma 3 addition? Have you spoke to those guys (Devs) recently? I would love to see what there upto these days.I was thinking of porting the SA-6 myself but havnt had the time to make contact them.Its been prolly ten years...

I am using the vvs suite on a dedicated server and have modified the spawnvehicle script so that it reads "h1 = _className createVehicle _position;" . My issue is if i spawn/create a vehicle the newly created vehicle does'nt activate my trigger that uses "h1 in thisList or h2 in thisList;" as the condition. The vehicle that starts the mission does all this perfectly but not the newly created vehicle. The newly created vehicle is being renamed as i have "gunner1 moveingunner h1" in use successfully. The trigger just wont activate for some reason.This is on dedicated server.Singleplayer and host myself MP works fine. Any ideas? Thanks. Edit - Solved- Had to add " publicvariable "h1"; " in the line directly below/after " "h1 = _className createVehicle _position;" " so looks like this - h1 = _className createVehicle _position;" "publicvariable "h1"; Thanks to @artemoz and @Lou Montana on Discord. -

Around $25 AUD iirc. I like your "Pizza Economics" or "Beer Economics" model.😁 I use a "Night at the cinemas economics" model.In Australia, movies aint cheap and they dont last long.1 Hour appox.Makes game time seem very good value for money.Our life partners (furry or not) may not be in full agreeance though...lol

Back in Arma1 in VTE we had based it around online MP use and missions.We didnt have the ppl or time to cover both SP and MP missions.Prolly following the same successfull approach maybe.Looks to be a similar strategy with the missions.If there are AI issues its a problem with the terrain.The objects and their placement aswell as severe terrain changes disallowing AI to ascend or descend effectively are almost always the cause. A look into these areas should help resolve these issues from my almost 20 years experience making terrains and mods. I dont have it yet but will prolly when it goes on sale at a later date.$25 is still a bit steep for me considering i jsut bought GM CDLC for $10 appox iirc. Keen to see what this CDLC evolves too.Looks good from the screenies i've seen. Steve. Thanks. 🙂

The choppers look like they are the old CSJ uh1's from OFP, the CH-34 looks to be the same as the OFP version aswell.Both too outdated for UNSUNG imho.Not really impressive mod DLC.
