Keep getting kicked after a few seconds
razazel replied to Allah Akbar's topic in ARMA 3 - TROUBLESHOOTING
Hello guys, thanks for the feedback. Did any of you try to switch to the profiling branch to see whether this helps? Profiling branch should also provide more info in the rpt and additional logs so if you can, please try to give it a shot and should it happen again, please try to upload your RPTs here. Of course, a Feedback Tracker ticket will be appreciated. Should you wish to create one, do so and then ping me here so I can check it out. Thnaks :) -
Today's Dev build was not yet out by the time you posted this, could you wait for the update and try again? If it still happens, please try to provide some additional info - running any mods? - crashes instantly or after some time? - happens with every mission or only with some of them? simply, anything that might seem relevant that could help us pinpoint the problem. Thanks :)

Hi there, could you please provide some example of the mission that is causing these problems? Does it happen in campaing, showcase, custom scenario, some of those, all of the?

Loadout\Arsenal bug - fix it please
razazel replied to Bl00dWolf's topic in ARMA 3 - TROUBLESHOOTING
Hi, thanks for the feedback. After some investigation, many thanks to @KoalaDSK, it seems that when editing a unit that has a default backpack, two same backpacks are present in the VA, one with the default loadout for the unit that overrides new selection and second one that is editable. So to work around this, if you wish to edit the backpack contents of the unit, select the second one and you should be fine. -
Oooooh, so its a problem with the forced prone ... when I saw "diving to the ground" I expected something like character sinking into the map and so on. I believe the same issue was already reported before so it also should be fixed soon.

Hello, thanks for the feedback. Are you running any mods? If so, does it happen in vanilla also? Does it happen only on certain locations/maps or everywhere? Any piece of info you are able to recollect and might seem relevant will help. I had unfortunately no luck in reproducing the issue so far.

Can't choose difficulty settings for mission.
razazel replied to Ilias48rus's topic in ARMA 3 - TROUBLESHOOTING
So to be clear, this happens when you create a mission in the 3D Editor, hit preview. Did you try to export the mission to singleplayer and run it with a different difficulty in the Scenarios menu? -
A3 on new Windows 10 computer -Spacebar now doesn't select all units?
razazel replied to tmp95's topic in ARMA 3 - GENERAL
Hello, thank you for the feedback. Could you please send me your control settings so I can check what actions are binded to specific keys? One issue might be that the Spacebar is by default binded to Use Selected Action and Use Default Action that will cause that units will be selected but immediately will be given an order. To prevent this, you would need to use different key for the Use -x- Action or at least remove the Space key from that. If this is not the case, I will need to see those control settings as I am currently not able to reproduce the issue. Thanks -

What version of the game are you running? Are you on 1.58 Stable or are you trying out Dev or RC branch? -

Game crashing because #include in description.ext
razazel replied to DJankovic's topic in ARMA 3 - TROUBLESHOOTING
Hello, thank you for the feedback. Could you please send me rest of the crashdump files (bidmp+mdmp, they should have same timestamp as the log that you have provided)? You can upload them to google drive and send me a link via PM or post it here (whichever of these options suits you). Thank you -
player model fine in preview, but corrupted in server
razazel replied to Tankbuster's topic in ARMA 3 - TROUBLESHOOTING
Hello, thank you for the feedback and sorry for the late response. To try to reproduce this in the vanilla is something I would like to ask you to do. It is most likely that this issue is caused by one or more mods or by some conflict between them. Verifying game files might also be a good step (on both server and client). If you are unable to reproduce this on vanilla you can try to enable the mods one by one to see which is causing the trouble. Please let me know once you try this on vanilla. Thanks -
Hello, thank you for the feedback. Could you please send me your crashdumps? Crashdump (mdmp + rpt + bidmp) files should be located in this directory: <drive>:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Arma 3 Once you have collected these, please ZIP them up and upload them to some free file sharing service (e.g. Dropbox) and PM me the link. Thank you :)

ArmA 3 Memory Crash on Newest Patch. (4/28/16)
razazel replied to Drifter's topic in ARMA 3 - TROUBLESHOOTING
Hi, you said you were able to reproduce it on vanilla yet the rpt file from the crashdump you've sent shows that you had several mods running. Could you please dig for the logs without the mods also? Thanks :) -
Hello, thank you for the feedback, we will look into that.

razazel replied to ziffa's topic in ARMA 3 - TROUBLESHOOTING
Hello, could you please look for rpt+mdmp+bidmp crashdump files and send me those also? Crashdump (mdmp + rpt + bidmp) files should be located in this directory: <drive>:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Arma 3 Thanks -
Hello, thank you for the feedback. What version of the game did you use when you got these errors? Did you get these on local or dedicated server? Were these errors present in the rpt (in which case, was it a Server or Client rpt)?

Hello gippo, thanks for the feedback. Any more info about that? Does it happen randomly or if some conditions are met? Anything that might lead to a 100% repro will be appreciated.

ArmA 3 Memory Crash on Newest Patch. (4/28/16)
razazel replied to Drifter's topic in ARMA 3 - TROUBLESHOOTING
Hello, thank you for the feedback and sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please send me your crashdumps? Please try to reproduce the crash on the vanilla version of the game (that is without any mods). Once the game crashes collect generated files. Including a DxDiag file will be welcome. Thank you :) !!! EDIT: If you are able to determine which mod is causing the crashes, please try to get some crashdumps when only that mod us running. Then its the same, zip it up, upload, PM me the link. Thanks
