It is what I found in other topic, Mando said ACE team can use his addon and modify it in whatever way they want, so I thought there's a chance it will be included in some way... Would like to hear what are we going to get with ACE team's missile system. I know ACE mod is about balance between real and fun, and from what I've seen Mando's missile is exactly that. If ACE does do a Missile System I hope they at least give us mission makers a way to turn it OFF so we can continue to use MMA, if not it will be a show stopper for ACE for me as MMA has way to many addtional features that are needed. Just use MMA for A2 for these to be implemented. The most recent version works well on all the ACE2 air vehicles. The A1 MMA was no good. It wasn't updated along with Mando's actual version. Are they for sure implementing there own system? I don't recall reading anything from the ACE2 devs about that. Another Problem i got, where i cant figure out, what the actual problem is: A simple Intro Test, where i added a cam to a Apache.It works fine but with ACE2 the ADDCam to Vehicles beahave pretty strange. ACE2 already has some air features built in, which over lap MMA(like the countermeasures). But I don't know to what extent they will continue developing something similar to MMA or whether what is there now is the extent of it. That's not from an ACE2 dev is it? Is Banderas part of the team? Forgive me for not remembering but I've been away for a few weeks. I still don't recall anything from the ACE2 dev team but I'm looking. Did you use the ACE2 MMA logic and place the ACE2 Disable countermeasures Module on the map? And are you using the MMA_XEH_AutoLaunch.pbo as well? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Minoza 11 Posted February 12, 2010 Ooops... :D I did use ACE MMA, didn't use disable countermeasures... Yes I am using mma_xeh My exact problems: How to lock with Javelin in TOP attack for example? I was only able to lock with direct-ground (can'trecall exact names but other 2, not the TOP one). HUD in apache, how to make it use machinegun? If I turn it off to manually switch to machinegun (old way -> with F) and I turn HUD on again it keeps flickering (HUD) on/off all the time... Couldn't change color of HUD Couldn't start any mission made using mma on dedi, couldn't start any mission on server actually while using mma... Post a bug report with arma2.rpt file, and reproducable situation: http://dev-heaven.net/projects/ace-mod2/wiki/Bugz, and we will, if it is a valid bug. I can lock on just fine with Hellfires (me as Gunner), tested them extensively for Shtora testing. Cobra though, don't know about the others.
