Yoma 0 Posted October 24, 2009 using addonsync,it's doesn't check the current checksum that i was installed already,it just redownloaded and compare with local checksum,lol another 4 hours for 2 gb redownloading :(,please use old update method in rar files That shouldn't be the case. bushlurker 46 Posted October 27, 2009 @Aelin The .exe version is packaged so it <should> install everything where it's meant to go - you'll see an "X" folder appear in your main arma2 directory - inside that will be CAA1 and OAC folders... then all you need to do is add... -mod=x\caa1;x\oac\oac_core ... to your shortcut and you should be good to go... If you really prefer a rar file and manually installing the folders - you should just be able to rename the .exe file to .rar and open it like a normal rar file... About the semicolon, I tried to add and take it away at the end from both places with no sucess. I even tried to only have it on one of them. This is the way it looks, doesnt matter if I take away the semicolons at the end of both -mod= -nosplash -world=empty -nopause -mod=x\caa1;x\oac\oac_core; -maxmem=2047 -mod=R:\@RAMdisk;R:\@RAMdiskADDONS; I remember reading something about that semicolon, what was the thing? The reason for the 2nd -mod= is that Yomas addon synch doesnt recognise my addonfolders on my ramdisk. Anyway, I have to dig in and find the problem later. No time now. Thank you for the help!
