Where did the good servers go??

I can't find a server thats <100 ping. Was playing last week and the server locked up so I disconnected. I refreshed the list and the list got smaller. I tried to filter <100 ping and the list shrunk more and then there were none.

Now with filters off I cannot find a server thats <100.

Anyone having this problem? I am running 1.03

It's some sort of bug with the game, the same thing happens to me but I solve it by restarting the computer. In your case if it's been this way for a week maybe you should reinstall the game.

Most servers to me is under 50. Only ones with 100 or over is over seas servers such as US, Australia, Japan etc. (im in sweden).

Hi all

Check how you are ordering the collumns of info. Order by number of players or ping or whatever by clicking the entry in the header of that collumn. Remember if you are ordering by ping then as with all column headings it lists in either order eg highest pings at the top or lowest pings. You change it to the opposite order by clicking it a second time.

Another posibility is that you are filtering in some odd way. Check the filter line.

If you want a server on you continent with low pings you are best to join a clan. many clan servers do not even show up in the browser list as they are private locked and hidden; it keeps the riff raff out. That said most clans run a public recruiting server and they are often an indication of the ping of their clan server.

I always put ping in order from low to high. I just can't find anything in filters that might be doing it.

It may be that your connection to internet is fubar in some way.

I'm in GA and my friend is in AK and we both can only see like 40 servers, period. There's something wrong with the game server browser.

I just checked and I'm having the same problem, and every server I usually play on isn't listed (SPARTA, 15th MEU, etc...) Could it have something to do with servers using the beta patch? I'm using the regular 1.03 patch.

I was playing yesterday and i had a choice of about 15 servers with a ping of around 35!

I am seeing only a couple of servers below 100ms and none of the usual 20 I get as has been said I can get them with IP input so it must be a gamespy/Arma fault.

confirmed. most servers are not showing up on the list. even after restarting the dedi servers i have up, none show up in the server browser.

i only see a couple dozen servers at most.

Most likely.

Been wondering myself today why i couldn´t find our server, but still found it via "remote" and entering it´s IP.

Not the first time for this happening though, guess it´ll be all fine again tomorrow or the day after.

I was wondering why both my servers was empty. Normally the other way around so Was like did a new game came out or somethink lol. You can remote connect to xr using 195.200.192.69:3500 if your a warfare player

Glad to see it's not just me then, went on Multiplayer and A LOT of the regular servers I jump on for a quick game didn't come up, and there just seemed to be a lot less in terms of number of servers.

Hope this is fixed soon because the server of the team I belong to isn't showing up, and I've tried connecting using the IP address with no luck (You use "Remote" right?)

Checked our server this evening and it wasnt showing SO I took out the line (commented it //) that tells the server to report to Gayspy,,,, Works fine.
