I really didn't expect this...ArmA2 Soundtrack

Got a message in my inbox from amazon saying that, as thanks for preordering the game, 505 and BI was giving me a free soundtrack to the game. Thinking it was 3 songs and something telling you to buy the rest on itunes, I clicked on the link, entered the passcode and...wow. 21 songs of an incredible soundtrack to an incredible game. Free. God, I love BI.

Anyone else got this? People who've preordered from somewhere else?

As anything else whole Arma 2 OST is uploaded to youtube , isnt BIS going to demand some copyrights to this sounds it wont be long process to block all identical content over there? but its not so much going to make any extra buck to BIS so they might not be interested.

When you pre-ordered with Game Online they linked you to a download for a massive map of the island :) You can print it off and stuff.

Yes the game has a great sound track, some time ago someone hosted the files on youtube in low and high quality with 4 or so songs a piece.

I'd love the buy a hard disc copy of the sound track even seperate from the game if necessary.

As Fred DM has already pointed out, you just have to open ArmA2's music file with un-pbo.

This will give you the full sound track in ogg format. You can google for suitable players and software to convert the files into mp3 or any other format you'd like to use. It's easy and free.
