Hey, everyone campaigns for votes if they want it. Nothing in the rules state otherwise. ;)

most of my opinions aren't governed by 'rules' ;)

honestly Lito, I hope you get what you wish for.

@Litos, While you may have great videos, I too think it was not appropraite to ask to be nominated.

There are lots of other great (and maybe lesser know) video makers here (and elsewhere) who could have asked as well, but didnt.

Theres 100's of pages here. Better would be other (non video makers) people reminding us of some highlights and posting LINKS to a few of their 2010 favourites.

Or Video makers making one simple post with "My highlights from 2010".

Then again, people probably already remember the name of "that awesome video I saw a couple month ago";

It is a vote, and if you want to be voted for, you can campaign for it. Many people are doing it, some more seriously than others, and there's nothing in the voting rules that says you can't do it. Last year SARMAT managed to gather together lots of voters to push the vote in their favor for best mission or campaign. You might not have agreed with it back then, but it's a perfectly legitimate strategy for people to use.

If someone else wants people to vote for their video then they too can "campaign" for it, just like Litos is doing, or hope that people vote for it anyways. There's no reason for them to prevent themselves from winning if that's what they truly want.

Gnat all I did is made one post, and put it in my signature. I'm not gonna go around posting everywhere about it, that's what a campaign is. I made a single post in the only appropriate thread.

I'm no politician, none of us are, we're all gamers who are just regular people. Anyone who has made videos that they want to put forth can - and should - make a post like mine here. I didn't think it'd offend anyone like this.

This really seems the oddest place and scenario to take sides and form a conflict. I'm just humbly asking for support like anyone can, that's all. No harm done.

Here is a new better and longer gameplay video of that my "Balota Highway" SP mission. Its now fully voiced by SavedByGrace. Also voice work of poacher and bardosy can be found. This video show more of the custom gameplay elements and also the voice-acting.
