Anyone get a crew served ,or 1 man mortar into ARMA yet?

I'd love a 1 man 60mm commando mortar, or a similar weapon.

I'm having trouble finding info online about it. But I've read about a south African 60mm mortar, it had a simple carrying strap with range tabs. You just step on the range tab of your choice and drop the round and hit the trigger.

It was made easy enough anyone could use it. Would that kind of range system translate well into arma?

Anyone / mod team port the OFP Russian patrol boat yet?

SLA / Russians need more than a rubber dingy to patrol off shore with. Armed preferably.

I would like an island based on the Iranian island of Khark. It has almost everything an ArmA fan could want. An airfield. It is desertic. Has a lot of buildings that can be acurately mimmicked using OFP and ArmA objects, it is not very big and as it is mostly desert it wouldn't tax memory with heavy poly trees.

It could also be used for modern desert war

I say create the nano suit addon from crysis where the unit with some scripts can place some maximum powerups (no invisiblity) but still would be awesome.

XM8 was caned because it was decided that, it was no better than the M4 so the yanks stopped poring money into it. So it will never be used by a front line fighting force.

Even if all of that was correct, it is hardly relevant in a toy

soldier computer game. The XM8 system and its variants is

interesting in its own right (and it also looks like making a 3D

model of it would be reasonably uncomplicated).
