CsonkaPityu 0 Posted April 5, 2006 Maybe they could make the unit start out in the vehicle after a door has opened, like you know, APC door opens and when someone selects getout they stand up, into some "invehicle" animation, or with that jumping out animation that trucks have bis could make it that that anim starts inside the vehicle and ends up outside. Dwarden 1125 Posted April 5, 2006 to be fair i hate such feature (read I hate that enter/leave animation missing completely) ... in moment crew is entering or leaving vehicle is most "vulnerable" moment ... like someone said in VBS-1 this was improved so let's hope it can be done in Armed Assault too (ie if "default" models / anims are somehow limited it will be still possible for mod makers) important key is multiplayer implementation for such animations e.g. to avoid PlanetSide syndrome (each vehicle position have entering / leaving animation but IN that moment is character IMMORTAL (such animation is MP synchronized to watch but no damage from projectiles checked). Unfortunetly the feature didnt make it into the "other" blackhawks wich have static, closed doors, not the best way to fastrope imo . Get in/out animations and working doors would be hell nice. Like in Vietcong where you could see your squad entering or leaving the hueys. Im starting to think that the free movement inside moving vehicals wont make it .
