Ok mods, I know that this is a little off topic but since you lock a lot of the threads that could generate posts for hours (Im not having a dig by the way), I should imagine that very soon we will run out of things to talk about other than things we would like to see in the game (which will most likley be seen as "suggestions" thus the thread will be locked)

That said, Id like to know if there are any other Army lads on here ?, where are you from?, who are you currently serving with, or any ex squaddies who have a tale to tell?

Just thought it would liven the place up, thats all

Yea U got a us army Paratrooper out of Ft.Bragg. Communications for the 44TH medcom. Erything from satellites..computers...internet to the spitfire radios.Specialist on my way to sergeant and I am currently in iraq but I come home to start a clan for OFP again, before thanksgiving. As an artilleryman (in the reserves since 1998) you only have to worry about enemy artillery, rockets, missiles, attack aircraft, attack helicopters and other fun stuff you can't shoot back at.

well, to be honest, im just extra in the Homeguard, in case of war i return to the unit where i made my basic training

and that is the artillery.. and the rest i agree that you only have to worry about the stuff you mentioned

I was a reserve officer until about a year and a half ago, which was mostly just a big waste of time.

United States Marine Corps. I'm a poolee now, well sort of. I'm not enlisted until later this week as long as all my medical stuff clears. Yet somehow while I'm still not enlisted they've managed to put me in charge of all the poolee's at the recruiting station.
