Question: how come it seems like everyone and their mother has a copy of Scar's hind besides me?

I know it was released in FFUR but is RHS ever gonna actually release this thing standalone?

Just remove PBO with island textures in DTA.

For example - if you remove or rename Eden.pbo, textures on Everon will dissapear.

Or creat a small Island via WRPeditor\visitor with 3 high walls, use some useless(homemade) groundtextures, that you leave out when using the Island ingame
