ALYGATOR 0 Posted June 13, 2005 Please make an w98se installer for the sky & co........ Merci
Thunderbird 0 Posted June 13, 2005 The release date's expected for less than a week . Now we are still waiting only for our general manager in the goal to carry out a decent installer . Btw there would be a "pure replacement config" which would be intended to very very low computers , lower than 900 MHZ.448 MB Sdram , contrary to the multi one , this config will replace all UNITS and would contain some few friendly cpu resource effects Don't worry Alyg' , there would be an installer Me/98 for the sky pack too though Best Regards Thunderbird84
Ninjablade 0 Posted June 13, 2005 Quote[/b] ] 1 more week ? hey thats not fair! you said one more week last week! Why dont you guys try making it? dude chill out. you act like you reserved this thing with money. its a free mod from some dudes that worked hard.
CanadianTerror 0 Posted June 13, 2005 I think it's just an age thing with all the complaining and the constant moaning and whining about release dates...I wouldnt take it that serious. Although it IS ANNOYING after awhile. Back on topic...
Thunderbird 0 Posted June 14, 2005 I've some great news for ya mates , Quote[/b] ]now the Tanks use the first realistic armor damage system based on penetration values and not on just 'hitpoints' (in Classic OFP, you were able to destroy a T80 with several dozen of handgrenades)! The Tanks has also a special localized damage system, so you can disable tracks or engine and the tank will be immobilized! This has just been done now for heavy tanks of the incoming FFUR v5.0 Powerful Config +2.0ghz ... and they seem a lot better than before Maybe I'll do the same thing for other configs though ;.. Thunderbird 0 Posted June 14, 2005 More news buds , there would be soviet voices for the east side , I'm wondering about adding Finnish voices based on the FDF pack for the resistance side (of course with the permission of the FDF mod) , but I have to discuss about it with my team mates at first. We would be glad to get your opinion about this idea... Best Regards Thunderbird84
stgn 39 Posted June 14, 2005 Finnish voices for central europe resistance I think Finnish voices are very cool when you play a Finnish soldier but Finnish(as fare as I know) is not realy that related to germanian, slavic and latin languages. But I am no language expert so I might be totaly rong. STGN
Thunderbird 0 Posted June 14, 2005 yeah ... I agree with you but unfortunately there's only the FDF mod which offered a decent pack of voices, plus Nogova looks like a bit to Finland... I'd be glad to add czech voices but there's none Best Regards Thunderbird84
eestikas88 0 Posted June 14, 2005 CSLA can help you out again, include it in next release. they can make one pack for you i think
Thunderbird 0 Posted June 14, 2005 CSLA mod is very busy with its projects mate ,recording voices would need a lot of time to get carried out, I hope that they'll expect to do one day a voice pack for their units like FDF team's made for its mod. It would be really fantastic. Best Regards Thunderbird84

it sounds like a good idea thunder, but I think the voices would take up to much space in the mod.  For those of us who dont understand a word of finnish, it might even make us not want to play as resistance.  But you could make an extra download that does this. 101 posts baby! Thunderbird 0 Posted June 14, 2005 The east voices pack's only 3 MB , the same size than the sky pack though OK , I'll let resistance voices as they are actually. Best regards thunderbird84
sektor 2 Posted June 14, 2005 Come on, guys! I mean, you can check 5.0 for weeks and still get fifty replies of problems and mistakes (not to mention the historical and wapon accuracy). It looks to me you want to make spectacular dive from the high cliff, the crowd is on its feet, the water is warm, and you are sayin "I'll jump, don't worry". Well, just jump! I mean let's see this eight wonder already!
456820 0 Posted June 14, 2005 dont use finish voices none of us understand it and it would just increase the size of the download and i wouldnt expect people who live on Malden and Everon to speak Finish i thought they spoke English ?
Thunderbird 0 Posted June 14, 2005 nah Sektor , the FFUR pack's finished since a while u know , now while the manager's in vacation we do our best to improve , to fix , to test and to add more interesting things. A kinda perfectionist attitude , I really wanna this pack would be THE PACK after the patch 1.96 of BIS , at least until the release of ECP Regards TB84
