also i adjusted my windows firewall. if you click on it and then go to exceptions, you can click add port and then you just add port 2302 UDP. that actually worked for me but for some random unkown reason, i cannot get it to work again. Hosting is a huge pain in the ass.

Exactly. Whos going to slash someone with a knife standing up? Thats insane. Taking them to the ground is the way to go. Its a great idea but I doubt that it will ever be done correctly.

What if you ran out of bullets? Trying to tackle your enemy as they come around a corner is very realistic. Maybe even with a knife or something. I have never seen a game where a man runs out of bullets and tries to take an enemy to the ground and then fight them.

dudes keep on talking about a program called hamachi. i got the same problem. i tried it and it didnt work. it sounds like a really sweet concept. it sets up a fake lan.

i want a Scythe... it would be awesome to have some unrealistic weapons in an ofp game so you could chop people up and shit like that. it would also be cool if there was combat knives that soldiers carry with them. that way if you ever ran out of ammo or if you were in a zone were bullets would be dangerous. (nuclear plants, ect) im just throwing stuff out there to make people think. use this thread mainly for cool weapons though.

the AI should also have the ability to run from tanks. When people see a tank right in front of them in real life, they dont just stand there and smile. that shit needs to be fixed. it would also be nice if they used kicks and rifle cracks. maybe even throw in a punch of pull a knife out and stab. the thing that pisses me off the most is the prone thing. when you shoot at one dude, the whole opposing force goes prone. it would be more realistic if they ran for cover. the last thing im gonna complain about is how it is impossible to sneak up on people. when you walk real slow behind a soldier, they always catch you and go prone then shoot. there needs to be certain commandos or something like that who have the ability to use "real" stealth. it would be cool to grip up an enemy from behind.

They call this Nogova 2004. what a great name i am thinking. i downloaded the file and started off at Davle. IM thinking. Wow its exactly the same. i press the M button and see the map. their is a highway. i drive to the highway to check it out. its pretty awesome. i followed it to the airport. the airport has been changed also! the new powerplant is also nice but thats all the changes that have happened. i give this map a 6/10
