It seems like the guy who did the storyline really is spanking the juices out of the story and making a really good one. You can tell by the movie like commerical. Lol, some dumbass parent will think it's a animated movie commerical like Toy Story :P!!!!

Yeah what a DUMBASS parent, probably doesn't know a thing about Halo the XBOX GAME and assumes it's an ANIMATED MOVIE since the commercial looks like it! Some people just aren't as smart and informed as us teen Interweb denizens, I guess!

Actually, the whole story for Halo, Halo 2 and the 3 books was written before Halo was made. It was called the 'Halo Bible' and it contains all the plots/character backgrounds. This is how Star Wars was written IIRC. Would be an interesting read...

Well at least he said "in my opinion" and did'nt flat out say Halo sucks.  Because it's obvious in this world, that's not the case.

Anyway, things sure went by fast.  Tomorrow is game release...those who care, probably already know that.

There are MANY MANY more screenshots at Gamespot.com now.  But, tomorrow at 8 in the morning I will be outside of my Target store ready to be the first to buy Halo 2.

Ehh, a few weeks to go before the REAL New Year, though.

I'm definitely gonna be getting Halo 2. I need to get more memory if I'm gonna get Half-Life 2 to run at a decent resolution and framerate. If I can get Doom 3 to run as smooth as butter, then Half-Life 2 should flow like a dream, since it's been designed in such a way that even lower-end PCs can run it at a half-decent framerate.

The offical release is the 11th here but it was in stores today so I picked it up with the Limited edition.

THIS GAME IS AWESOME!!! Good story line good and amazing graphics and... A big twist in the story ;)

You need to see for your self this game is ownage.

Heh, I was in a 16-player launch party a couple of hours ago - a solid 3 hours of carnage. Lots of cool shit but all the same fun as the original.

Though I thought it was dumb that they renamed Blood Gulch to something stupid (I forget what), though the level is a lot bigger and the bases are bigger with multiple levels and stuff. Battle Creek somehow became "Beaver Creek"....I dunno what that's all about but it's still friggin great.

Halo AI was one of the best compared to "other" games .

I am hearing alot of bad stuff about both SP and MP:

*Lots of glitches

*crappy MP set up

*dont die from high falls

*unpolished level sections

Don't Die from high falls.

sometimes when a vehicle hits you, you don't die.

MP setup isnt that bad it is a bit more confusing.

There are A LOT of great pros tho too.

Maps are huge which is fun.

Assault Rifle Rocks

You can kick people off of vehicles

More vehicles

Blood Gulch map is a lot cooler

New weapons are fairly good (some of them piss me off)
