Is there a mod where u can explore and u can do 'normal' things, like not 'war' themed. BUt just maybe, racing, and some normal jobs, playing animals (lol), u know, like "misc" stuff, rent an airplane , do civilian things.

Only problem is that a new version was released a while back, and I don't know whether the required addons have changed

This is not an official release. I have done nothing else then just put all of the required addons + the latest version of the mission in a zipfile. Nothing of this is my own work.

yeah there is a mod like that....its called mission editor. start up ofp, lay down a player and a vehicle and do all the exploring you want. i never really thought of an exploring mission though. That'd be recon.
