Placebo 29 Posted June 18, 2004 Denmark hasn't scored a goal in a big tournament since 1996. Lets see if they can change that now. Â :o) Ummm World Cup 2002 doesn't count as a big tournament? Uruguay 1:2 Denmark Denmark 1:1 Senegal Denmark 2:0 France Very late to comment I know but Re:England's performance, for 80 of the 90 minutes was complete and utter abysmal rubbish, and we ended 3-0 and got 3points, against France it was the opposite, excellent performance, nothing to show for it, that's football. I think we will play much better against Croatia, fact is if we play Croatia as we did Switzerland we will get slaughtered. My main concern will be the tendency that the Croatian players have to cheat, if you tackle them they throw themselves to the ground and roll around as if a hidden sniper has shot them. Let's hope that 1. England are restrained and 2. We have a smart referee (eg Collina) who is wise to such games

Ex-RoNiN 0 Posted June 18, 2004 What a boring match so far. Gronkjaer had a good scene, Denmark winning 1-0. One of the worst matches so far.
Postduifje 0 Posted June 18, 2004 What a boring match so far. Gronkjaer had a good scene, Denmark winning 1-0. One of the worst matches so far. The last few minutes of the first half were quite exciting, but the second half untill so far has been a drag.

Colossus 2 Posted June 18, 2004 What a funny 2. round on Denmark-Burlgaria They were not playing football but ¨tackle and get a yellow card¨ lol, terrible that they were so agressive at the end. 9 players had Bulgaria at the end and I understand why the moral was low then. Den. 2-0 Bul.

SpeedyDonkey 0 Posted June 18, 2004 The funny thing is that Italy may be better now without Totti. As the other players have to step forward, and actually play like a team.
WhoCares 0 Posted June 18, 2004 1-0 Italy Start learn the word CATENACCIO Well deserved goal...
