are you still working on the A-6 ?

if so can fold the wing like your F-4

There's a problem - the wings fold 'inside' the pylons, so when

they fold up, the weapon proxies stay in place, and 'float' un-

attached to the model. It's solvable, but it'll take a few days

to put it together (ie next week, maybe).

(Also, the navigation lights on the wingtips don't move, but

that's a 'smaller' detail)

hidden selections

take note of the CWK Huckins PT boat. depth charges "fire" just fine.. but are actualy hidden once they are fired. and then when/if you re-arm. they come back smile_o.gif

Yep, this is how to do it (check out the SLAM A-6), but I'm a

lazy, lazy man, and use the BIS proxies where possible.

The Island in the pics above is an early version of CBFASI's

North Devon map, btw. Natural habitat for the Bucc and Canberra.

SB - IIRC I used engine3 for the Bucc (after some processing),

and the Beagle's one of yours, as well.

what is new on the Beagle?

besides you added the gun barrels and a second paint job

List:

Smooth/sharp edges

New pilot LOD

New gunner LOD

Nose cone is now done in textures, rather than polys

Numbering is randomised

Config changes (weapons and flight model)

Mapping has changed significantly - I can PM layered PSP files for re-paints when it's finalised.

I'm running 1.96, nope nothing else gives this same message. I'm running DXDLL but I don't think that should harm anything?

Re CBFASI's Heaven in Devon (Chivenor) - that looks so close I can almost see where 22's SAR det would be lurking, just off to the bottom-left of the Beagle pic. Lovely work all round fellas.

since I did do a convert of the beagle already for egypt.

by adding the rear gunner position as an cargo wich is a pretty fun ride. lol

you can do that youself just place an empty one on the map put the tonali pilot in it and set the roundles using the tonal goverment

Nice work foot. Gorgeous looking aircraft, and best of all 2 them are British. biggrin_o.gif

Just a couple of things though; the Buccanneer had a rotating bomb-bay in real life, not the double barn-doors type bomb-bay on your version or is such a system not feasable in OFP? also, the flaps don't appear to extend. It'd be nice to have the clamshell airbrakes on the tailcone working too but that's not really necessary. The rear of the cockpit of the Beagle is missing in the pilot view, if you try looking behind you you can see that you can look outside through an invisible aircraft.

There will be resistance versions of the Beagle and Flogger,

possibly with 'de-rated' engines and missiles, to simulate a

lack of repair and parts, but the East side versions get

finished first.

you could try a hidden selection for the bombs mate rather than use proxies

Is it still possible to see a polished alluminium versions of Soviet planes?

I've been trying, but it's very hard to get the 'shine' just right.

Fair point, that wouldn't be so great. I was wondering if it's possible to script it in such a way that they open when you press down in a similar fasion to the airbrakes on OFrP's Jags and the JASDF mod's F1, though they open downwards, not sideways.

Another couple of bugs with the Bucc: Martel ASMs make no sound when fired in 3rd person view and the bombs on the SAAF Buccaneer make a noise like a missile when dropped.

He's a little brain teaser, There's a plane to be released, supposedly this week by FM here.

Now the plane is named after a big cat.

It's operated by several countries world wide.

It's a type of car. (think die another day).

It's usually painted grey or green.

And we're waiting for it to arrive.

Its a Jaguar.

Also, any chance of some progress updates please?
