Well, because I don't know if is a JAM topic somewhere and I can't find one...

Is someone going to lead me to rhe right direction and tell me where can I post a cuple of things about JAM?rock.gif?rock.gif?rock.gif?rock.gif???

my mission editor lags so much i cant even place units down... is there a way to fix this?

Same problem here, I got the tip in this thread to lower landscape textures but my crap pc already had them lowered. Gonna buy more RAM.

Well stop this BAS shit. And now if someone else make an addon the community saying it sucks, or BAS is better. Well BAS was in the early days also sucking low quality shit. Even Tigershark or other dont remember says to beginning addonmakers that their addon sucks. Then the addonmaker things screw OFP i will never touch it again.  So stop overhyping BAS they are not that good also BTW Invasion 1944 is the best of all  wink_o.gif

Could anyone plz, tell me how can I fix the error message in MP, "could not find opfor.pbo" ? I receive the error message but I click ok and than I play without problems. I using the patch wich substitutes the island briefcase on res/addons but it seems not to be the problem. I believe that it was asked before so just pointing me the answer page would be real glad. (I could not found myself in so many pages)

This has been answered at least 3 times in this thread. You have to fix bas_opcpp.pbo or get a fixed version or at least put it into the normal addons folder.

This has probably already been reported but sometimes you can't shoot over a ridge, I mean if you're on one side of the "edge" and you try to shoot someone on the other side of it, it's like there's an invisible wall. It freaked me out a few times yesterday crazy_o.gif

Very freaky, if you ever find an actual exact position of this mysterious "the edge", please say so, I don't see me searching the island for "the ridge with freaky invisible edge".

Nagual,

It was on a co op i made.

Was at the SW part of the island where a wooden brigde leads to a double parallel road into the jungle, the most southern of this road leads to a base.  It happened on the east side of the wooden brigde if i recall correctly.

I've noticed that when you try to delete dead bodies of the following east dudes in MP, you experience a ctd. I have sent my crash files to BIS. The funny thing is this doesn't happen on any of the other units. This happens when I run a script to clean up the dead units 45 secs after they die. I have tried adjusting my script to add more time but it doesn't matter. Also I use the same script on other Tonal units, (res units) and there is no crashing. For now I just use a setpos the unit rather then deleting it.

It remained a closed beta. I havent touched the patch in at least a week or so, but thinking of getting the last hour of work done on it today.

Vauge clues? It seems to occur at ridges in general so you didn't even need any exact positions. Why do you think I said what I said? But I could've given you the locations where it happend to me that day anyway, if you didn't sound like you thought what I said was worthless bullshitting.

There is still some things that will have to wait to be fixed, as they ae unusual bugs (like the bad geo on wooden shacks).

Anything else will have to wait for the AAE version of the pack, which will hopefully be soon. Unless there is any major unexpected problems with this patch the AAE version will be 1.3 for the addons and campaign.

The AAE version will also mean the internal file structure / object paths will be finalized, a major reason for holding back on object permissions so far.

No. The first path include missions fix and the BAS_isle_anim fix.

You need the two patch smile_o.gif
