Is there a zipfile containing the actual PATCHED FILES, as the exe won't run on my linux server

LOL there can be no PATCHED files inside it since the PATCHED files will b really big like whole d/lds ..that would be somewher near 200 MB again

This is one of a kind installer , its patching the main .pbo's somehow but REAL nice way too save us all big d/lds again.

Found a few bugs for you yet Nagual....

There is a missing pole at this place , i forgot the town name *dang* ..but its the one in the first Campaign (insurgency) mission

And in the same town theres this building left of the big govt building (central) it has a prayer mat there without any purpose on the outside of a house..

I've now trawled this topic about a dozen pages back, and I can't find where to download the first patch. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

after i choose the path the program simply when halt and a box shows up i got error and the following things

AppName: pobpatch.exe    AppVer: 1.0.0.1    ModName:ntdll.dll

ModVer:5.1.2600.1217      Offset:0000b2ab

*edit* could anyone tell me if those version.txt needed to be add into those .pbo file??? cause i just want to upgrade them without using the installer......................

or could anyone tell me how to make .pbo without compressing the file inside??

Yeah, so? I'd like to have a big zip file containing the pbos that i can download to my server directly in a few minutes. The server has 100mbit connection and can download it really fast. If i have to patch on my win client i have to upload the same big files.... but from home, with only a few kb of upload, which will take MANY HOURS.

Yes, but we have just had to move to a new server which is now costing us around $250 a year just to get enough bandwidth for you guys. To have 2 versons of Tonal would kill the new one just as fast as one version killed the old server.

The AAE version (which should be 1.3) will be a totally new version, replacing all previous versions of Tonal, and therefore will be a new download.

How big is that again? i was lucky to get it of the BAS server last time around before the file went offline ....

There will most likely be the "definative" 1.3 AAE Version of Tonal, and a patch which will bring the current version up to 1.3 standards.

Don't quote me on that tho, Nagual has a lot of plans for the update.

Then let a friend download it for you and burn it on cd. I did that too for ppl with modems. There are even services on the internet that do that for a fee.

Besides not being able to install the patch on linux servers i dislike executables at all. I'd rather download 200mb of pbo (which are not harmful) than running unnecessary executables on my box.

I must once again return to my question: where can I reliably find both patches? I've been looking, and can't find Patch 1 anywhere. I can find Patch 2, but it keeps failing. Any help?

Me too i wanted to play Tonal MP with a friend i was hosting it with the patch installed but he hadnt installed the patch and OFP kept booting him out
