Wich bin version you tried?

i get the same with middle+blood bin and flamer+blood bin(Blood_to_v1.32),ill try the others later on and edit this post  wink_o.gif

*EDIT* Everything is fine,its just that i didnt dload v1.32 GMR.pbo ,cos i thought its was the same pbo as before but its not  tounge_o.gif  Very good work goldmember,this addon is a constant in all my Mod folders  smile_o.gif I only miss this in my FDF folder, but well, im happy tounge_o.gif

uhm, I just realized that Goldmember had made a 1.32 version, I don't think my brain is registrering much lately, must be the heat biggrin_o.gif I just downloaded Inq+blood+explo, it looks promissing.

I use 1.32 with middle config, INQ and blood.

I just made a little mission and destroyed a helicopter. It started to burn and all was well. Then I decided to see if I got burned by being close to the flame. So I went over to it, and didn't notice anything.So I walked a little closer to the helicopter, and then i got this message: "Can't find sound hitsound1" or something like that. Then I walked around the helicopter and was on the opposite side of the flames and then I got burned and died. Is this normal, and what about that message?

Something else i wonder about is that I don't get any burning parts flying out when I destroy a vehicle even though I am using youyr latest version.

Anyway, I love the new explosions and that the vehicles sometimes burn. Also, it convinced me to try the blood addon and the high detail wapons, and I love those too. Thanks, it's made OFP an even better game than it was smile_o.gif

EDIT: I just found out that i had installed the new config to my regular BIN folder instead of my Explomod/BIN folder. Everything works great now. No error messages and lots of burning parts biggrin_o.gif

Goldmember, what kind of file is the one on the top, I downloaded expecting it to be the new GMR pbo, but instead I have this file call like that "bfnbBO_AR56SJjYe", is 782 kb, is that your file? rock.gifrock.gif

Try to download v1.32 from the Privat directory, there is a copy.

I found a strange incompatibility with BAS JAM_Magazines.pbo!

Lots of debris not appearing at all when JAM_Magazines.pbo is in addons directory, if I remove everything

goes fine. At present I don't know what cause this, maybe to many addons I have or what. Please somebody test

it whether he experiences the same problem. (NOTE!!! For successful test, instead of destroying vehicle

with any weapon please use "setdammage 1 " parameter to avoid unnecessary debris destroying by detonation)

No its not a zip,the thing is, I don't know how easy is for somebody ellse to put a file in your Yahoo brifcase, so I didn't try to open it just incase someone managed to put something in there that shouldn't be there, and the hall fille extension is like I allready said.

As far as I know someone could hak you Yahoo brifcase and put a virus in there, so better save than sorry, I deleted it from my pc.

Just wondering (and bumping at the same time) if it's now possible to have the explosion debris showing on all clients what with 1.92 fixing that problem?

Also, hopefully PitViper will release his config file soon as I don't think he will actually need to make any changes to it what with 1.92 seemingly being compatible with the existing Dynamic Range config. smile_o.gif

Don't think it will work unless Goldmember re-writes his script and starts to send data between server and clients with the publicVariable command.

BTW, anyone else missing the flying and burning debries shrapnel with 1.92 or maybe Goldmember removed them in the latest 1.32 version?

Hmm strange??? Anyone else seeing burning bits and pieces (not just burning vehicles) with 1.92 Beta and 1.32 of Goldmembers explosions (btw, I'm using the plain smoker version).

As I read BUG FIXES AND IMPROVEMENTS IN 1.92 BETA eventhandler "init" is now launched on all machines in MP game.

So eventhandler "killed" not working yet. I can rewrite the whole thing executed by "init" eventhandler but this

way will much more burden our PC.

Missing the flying and burning debries: I not changed debris placement in 1.32. BTW I noticed the same thing before.

For me this caused by BAS JAM_Magazines.pbo. When I removed everything worked fine. Test it please. ANd debris also works with 1.92 BETA.

Would be great if there was a way to do it but as you say it may increase lag so I suggest doing some tests first before digging in to deep. If you do any testversion I will be happy to test...

Confirmed, I removed the JAM_Magazines.pbo and now the smoking/burning debries are back (running 1.92 Beta)!

How did you arrange your JAM.- & GMR.pbo´s ??

I ask because i also have the JAM.pbo and i still have:

Bigass Explosions

and Burning Pieces

burn.jpg

I have both pbo´s in the res/addon folder and load the middle_inq_blood.bin from a mod folder.

I think you cope with the same problem but didnot realized. The second pictures shows 2 destroyed vehicles so

to this belongs 2*8 burning debris and we can see only 5. To right test please use one vehicle and setdammage 1

command. And if you see at least 5-6 debris after detonation you really do not have any problem. BTW I tested

to put JAM.pbo into res/addon folder but problem remains.

I have tested it.

First Pic shows a BMP with Setdammage 1 and both gmr.pbo & jam_magazines.pbo in /res/addons

The same in second Pic but here have removed the jam_magazines.pbo from my /res/addons folder

I don´t know...is this ok, or do i have a problem ??
