[RELEASED] Hebontes - AAF test and training ground

Okay guys, there will be the first performance test in 2 weeks, i think we can set up an alpha version till then. The first test will be vLehrBrig16 internal. After the test in 2 weeks, i will hopefully be able to solve the last problems etc. 

 

Until then, we still have a lot of work.

well remember even on a flat tank range they arent even all the time..... cause of the hole movement of the tracks.. will make it uneven.. :) will also happen on dirt roads if they drive there cause of the way the tracks dig in when driving... but im just talking about the astetic of it but keep it up... looks really good

Beeing a tank commander for several years, i know very well how Tank Ranges look like. The question is what you can do in 3 Months of time and tools like L3DT and Buldozer. As much as i wish to create a 100% realistic, original looking terrain, I just cant invest so much time.

Doing the Alpha-Crunch NOW, that will be the last crunch till the performance test next friday. If this will be sucessfull und the map is working good, it should be released in 2 weeks.

Really looking forward to this terrain, the additional content you have made from scratch gives it a unique look to what's gone before.

 

I can offer a little something that may (or may not) enhance your island further...

For a little extra ambient life you could add some crows and eagles to the Ambient System, by adding this to your config...

I dunno... lamb pressed down flat like that... I say it would make better gyros. we're in the Mediterranean anyways.
