the AML's and the Elands are basically the same thing , the only difference is that the Eland are a south african license produced copy of the french Panhard AML , but i think the Elands have been "Africanised" with several small changes

the AML90 has been replaced in the french army by another Panhard vehicle , the ERC90 sagaie which is in use in cavalry and reconnaissance regiments

(panhard also produces the VBL)

i like the AML60 better , i don't know is this version exists as Eland , but the 90mm gun turret is replaced by a smaller turret armed with a 60mm mortar loaded from the rear and 2 machineguns (dual 7.5 on some versions and sometimes 1x.50 cal. + 1x7.5)

the AML60 has been produced before the 90 and has seen service at the end of the Algerian war

Ran did you see the mortars? This game is getting much more realistic every day. The mortar has a range of 300 yards and a burst radius of 50-75 feet. At 4 rounds per munite, a single tube could keep a lot of guys pinned down for quite a while.

We learned about the Roman empire first, we payed a lot of attention to it.

This year we've done some American history (we dod that for about a month i think).

Course we've also learned a bit about the Asian ppl, but not stuff like this
