I always liked the music from the Zelda games. It can get a bit repetitive though I guess.

Gerudo Valley Theme (from Ocarina of Time)

Additionally these are two songs that I think are great from Ace Combat 6:

The Liberation of Gracemaria

A Brand New Day

EDIT:

And thank you to Slatts for reminding me of the other cool Ace Combat Theme

There is a ton of good soundtracks out there. C&C: Red Alert and C&C: Red Alert 2 is of course mandatory, Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, Mirror's Edge, Frozen Synapse, World In Conflict, Ski or Die!, and a whole lot more.

Just on top of my head. Evil Genius! The whole soundtrack fits the "James Bond"/"espionage in the 50s" theme quite well.

I've been a fan of the early Medal of Honor games; I remember them fondly from my childhood... I looked with scorn at the crap my friends played. This soundtrack has to be my favorite:

I never had MoH: Frontline but I did play MOHAA: Spearhead and this soundtrack would appear in the British mission where you had to assassinate a German colonel. I always loved the part at 0:40, it has a "commando" kind of feel to it. Very awesome.

And also World in Conflict.

The Video after the first soviet mission is just Epic

-snip-

My favorite soundtrack from WiC has to be "Incursio" from WiC: SA. It played in the first mission where you crossed the Berlin Wall with your Soviet troops.

For what it's worth, Joint Operations also sported an excellent soundtrack:

Any Grand Theft Auto game will have great music. Medal of Honor: Allied Assault had an awesome soundtrack as well.

And of course, Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis had an amazing soundtrack.
