This game will have lost the essence of the series. The Armaverse, will be Armaverse and that's it. - I absolutely do not want to wait for hypothetical addons; Which are less numerous. Whose release is never known. Often incompatible. (This is not against the addon makers who create wonders) - This game would oblige me to buy a new computer; What I did for ARMA2, and OFP back in 2001... In other words, I will not pay $ 3500 for ARMA3 because I dont think it will be unique as OFP and ARMA2. I will continue to play OFP and ARMA2 ... Thank you, -Luc- A lot of assumptions being made here... You should know that, given enough time, ArmA3 will be modded just as much as any of the other previous games. So maybe 3 or 4 years down the road (when you'll need a new computer anyway unless you're stuck in the past playing ArmA2 with the measly 100 or so people who will still be playing online) you'll consider upgrading your PC and buying ArmA3.
