Hi all, I have been running into a strange issue recently. I use a Logitech Force 3D Pro to pilot planes and helicopters in the game, I had no issue for a year and now I experienced something pretty anoying. I accidentally disconnected my joystick while being in game and Arma 3 does not recognize it anymore... I have tried reinstalling the drivers, the game and changing USB port (3.1, 3.0 and 2.0). But nothing changes, when I try to refresh the controller section in the game's settings nothing appears. I have checked the Controller Settings of Windows and it appears to be working. So if anyone could help me getting it to work it would be very kind, because as for now I am a bit stuck... Hello, I bought myself a Logitech G430 and reinstalled Arma 3. Everytime I go in a vehicle in first person my sounds starts to stutter, my FPS drop and finally my game freezes. I saw this bug is around since nearly a year now, but I didn't find any fix for it. The game is unplayable for me right now so I hope someone can help me out quick. Q: X52 PRo and LShift = Increase Thrust Binding
Poppacapnurass posted a topic in ARMA 3 - QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Hi all, I have a Saitek / Logitech X52 PRO HOTAS and have programmed it up to work quite successfully. When driving vehicles I note that on the Arma 3 Keyboard Layout there is a an increase thrust key (LShift = Increase Thrust). As this key corresponds to both land and air vehicles, I would to incorporate it into my X52 PRO bindings as my current accelerator doesn't appear to have this function incorporated. Other than using up a dedicated button on my HOTAS, can I bind it to the forward acceleration in some way? What have other HOTAS users done to access LShift = Increase Thrust? -
Very weird sound problem with the Logitech G430
TheLexoPlexx posted a topic in ARMA 3 - TROUBLESHOOTING
Hello there, I bought a new Logitech G430 Headset today and I have a very weird problem: Whenever I drive a car in first person, my frame-rate drops to one or two and the screen starts to freeze. This is ONLY in Arma 3, ONLY in First Person and ONLY in Cars. I don't know whats wrong but since I frequently drive cars in Arma and also in First-Person it's really annoying, especially when I'm forced to first person and driving alone it makes the game unplayable. I tried various stuff that may fix this but nothing worked yet. Any Ideas or where I could continue troubleshooting? Key combination triggers second key on logitech extreme 3d pro
Ironleaf posted a topic in ARMA 3 - TROUBLESHOOTING
When I played Arma 3 a couple of months back, I loved flying helicopters with my Logitech Extreme 3d pro. I had it set up so that I could control practically everything using key combinations. I used the buttons on the side of the joystick as "modifyers" such as ctrl or shift. Now when I came back to Arma 3, this seems to have changed. Now when I use my key combination for moving my head to the left, it happens, as well as looking to the left. Basically, the key combination works, but it doesn't override the original command assigned to the second button, and so both the key combination AND the second key itself triggers. Please help.-
