If the HC is on the same machine (server+HC) leave it as default, but you need to create a shortcut with the same arma3server.exe you use with TADST, rename your shortcut for exemple Myheadless, add the line in target field -client and your good. TADST will add the right line in your TADST_config file : (local host) your HC should connect to the server.   3. Hello i would like to init few sqf randomly on a mission with a radio trigger, for exemple mission1.sqf or mission2.sqf or mission3.sqf.... but i dont know how to do it. There is a simple way do do that ? thanks
  4. Ha maybe its because i launch the server with the autoinit command, like this if the AI are desactivated in the lobby (playable unit) nothing is showing up, ennemy AI or static object the map is empty.

The simulation manager module is better than the dynamic simulation for performance, but it not work fine on dedicated server (if the playable AI are not activated the simulation will not init for the player) so nothing will spawn for the player. I think the best thing its to use the show/hide module, that require more work (its simple) but its the best, you can control everything on your scenario

    I think there already something like this with ravage mod, i did not try the last update so maybe it was removed, but when you are under heavely radiation poisonning there is little effect, its look like a graphic bug on your screen (weird little black dot) or my graphic card is dying :)

Hello, i just find your topic, its simple launch your server with TADST, check the HC box (do not change the IP leave it as default) after open your arma 3 launcher, in paramater (advanced) scroll down to host and check Launch as Headless client wait few second and you will see the HC connecting to your server. Just launch the HC with the same server modlist and everything will be fine.

    Great mission, i play 1h this morning with a guy and we leave cause the AI don't stop spawning in our face (10 m in front of us), so we can't really progress that spawn all the time, maybe it can be help your mission to replace the continuous spawning AI at the objective, maybe 500m away and move to the location or paradrop, cause its not really fun to progress carfully and at the end be killed by a group that spawn just in front of you, we were at the transmit tower and no way to approach that spawn all the time so we leave. Without this AI spawn spam the mission look great, a lot of action, nice feature and good perf.

    You can find all the weapon from your list with mods, Niarms, KA weapon and RHS and you will get more weapon.

    Hello im working on ravage mission its a TvT with few sector for 20 ppl, there is bleed ticket system and i would like to know if its possible to earn a ticket when an infected is killed. For exemple if a blufor player kill an infected west side earn 1 ticket... Or an other way buy ticket with Rvg banknote, for exemple 1 ticket cost 10 banknote. Its possible to do that ?

    I don't think 128 Ai is the issue, if they are not in combat (or 100 AI in a 100 m radius) the performance must be alright, for exemple i got performance issue with 15 AI in a specific place on Taunus if they are geared with Niarms mode, thats weird but i think there issues with mods and LOD, cause if i understand he got perf issue only in a specific area. Same with los santos, MSKE or Xcam prototype there is few broken area i need to delete some object with a game logic cause i drop under 20 on an empty map (no AI or hand placed object)

    I don't know how your survivor area is set up but be carfefull with the Niarms weapon, few AI or weapon holder with that mode can result to a performance issue try it without the Niarms

  22. Be carefull GRLIB_sector_size its the activation radius, maybe 300 its a little bit short maybe 500-800 can be a good deal
  23. I got a question about the special side mission (rank colonel) my score is up to 1000 and i didn't find how to activate this new mission, i try it at the FOB and Chimera, i can just do the side mission (FOB, Convoy, Rescue)

There an other thing that need to be tweaked to get better performance and better gameplay experience especially in big town -you can increase the sector size to 300 in gameplay_constant. -Reduce the amount of IA that spawn inside the building and increase the radius here : "scripts\server\sector\manage_one_sector" try with this value : (line 15) _building_range = 200; if ( _sector in sectors_bigtown ) then { blablabla..... _building_ai_max = round (30 * _popfactor) ; _building_range = 300; if ( _sector in sectors_capture ) then { blablabla..... _building_range = 150; if ( _sector in sectors_factory ) then { blablabla.... _building_ai_max = round ((floor (20 + (round (combat_readiness / 10 )))) * _popfactor); _building_range = 200; I also modify something because it can be a pain to find 3 last guy that just wait in their room : "scripts\server\ai\building_defense_ai" change to this value : _unit setUnitPos "AUTO"; _unit enableAI "MOVE"; _move_is_disabled = false; _resume_movement = true; With this setting we got a solid 30-45 fps client side in big town.
